Dont let the stores location deter you from stopping here. Like 100% hands down the best verizon store location in columbia. And I have honestly been to so many different locations.
Theres this one dude named Dylan that works there that is absolutely amazing! Since you are here, reading this review, you are most likely looking to see which verizon you should go to. And I, a not automated person that just visited the store am giving you a first hand account of my very recent visit. So at this point you have no reason to not go to this location. Go ahead and do yourself that favor. And when you go in, find dylan, he needs to be the only person from verizon that you interact with from the point when after you are done reading this review and on.

Brian Rhett was extremely helpful and demonstrated how customers are valued at the Bush River location. The entire office was much the same from what I observed with other customers . I love my iPhone and am getting used to it. I had an android and had gotten so frustrated with all its problemsThank you so much….

My friend bought a Verizon phone at Walmart. We were trying to move the memory card to the new phone. All the videos show you need a key. So we went to Verizon. Walked in and was greeted by a staff member eating takeout in the front station. Explained what we needed. She curtly replied that there would be a $35 charge because it wasn't their phone. We left. Go to Best Buy. They were nicer and transferred the card for free. Wasn't "their" phone either.

Had a terrible experience at the Bush River Road location. The two women working there today looked totally uninterested in helping me as the saw that i was not there to purchase a phone. La Tasha appeared to have never had a help a customer with a technical issue in her career there. All she wanted to do was snap about how much helping me was going to cost. She was very rude. Don't know why i didn't go to a Verizon company store. People like the lady at the Bush River store can't begin to touch their level of service.

I want to acknowledge my appreciation for the help I received at this location by Kyle Smithee. I came in to the store after trying to put a sim card in my sister's cell phone with another mobile service. Kyle was able to retrieve the sim card and place it in the correct spot for the phone to work. In these days when customer service isn't what I am accustomed to after working in the hospitality industry for more than two decades, Kyle was a breath of fresh as he provided over and above service to me with a great attitude. Employees like him deserve to be acknowledge for their WOW customer service!

The worst customer service ever at this location, the one guy that claims to be a manager, put a screen protector on the phone with his missing tool, agreed to replace it, if the protector had problems and I drove 7 miles to get it replaced and then he changed his statement that the screen protector company will replace it and not him. What a waste of my time.
