I’ve been buying and a customer with vaping zone over eight years but today the girl working there was super rude and has no customer service. I ordered my liquid and wait 20 minutes and I ask her question what’s mean extra flavor 555 the way she respond like she was upset so I asked her. Are you OK? She said no I’m not I’m working alone. She told me when waiting for prefer times I’m working alone I’m working alone I’m working alone. so from her attitude, and bad customer service I canceled my order I want to another store they know how they treat a customer .Please make sure how you treat the people and the shop customer right because soon or later people not coming back because of her

My wife & I visited this location earlier today (3 February 2023). The gentleman who assisted us was very courteous and professional. We purchased a MEDUSA Lemon Cake Disposable Vape Pin. We were told that any “C” charger would work. Once we got home we connected it and it began to leak. We immediately contacted this shop for assistance and the female assistant was very difficult and Rude. She seemed to imply that we were ignorant and her Customer Service was unacceptable “at Best”. I would Strongly Recommend that you not patronize this business.

So I was searching online for a company that sells 100% VG. I wanted to try another supplier since the postage is high from where I normally get my juice. I found Vaping Zone. I read the reviews and thought I'd give them a try. I didn't expect to pay $19.00 in shipping cost for one bottle!!! The juice is great but I know it doesn't cost that much to ship juice...and one bottle at that!!! That the reason for 2 stars.

Have been looking for a new vape store and finally found THE ONE. Very pleased with phone service and ordering was so simple. They have all the flavors I want and then some. I received my order very quick and the flavors are so good. Will be ordering from Vaping Zone from now on.
