Haven’t even moved in yet (most likely won’t go with this apartment) and already get the worse vibes from this apartment complex. First, they had a promotion offered on their website and Zillow that they didn’t want to honor until I literally would not stop confronting them for their lack of knowledge of what they were advertising. Secondly, went to do a tour earlier today and the agent (apparently new, named Charisma or something like that) was super rude and nonchalant. Didn’t care about any of my concerns because “she wasn’t my assigned agent”. The units are very misleading compared to the pictures in their website. The unit I was supposed to live into already had non working amenities such as garbage disposal that the agent told me she would fix before move in (not about to even go there). They probably would never see a dollar from me ever in life, unfortunately. This is just a really honest experience I’ve had with them.

They don’t care about the people living in apartments. Management doesn’t keep up with paper work and will throw your things out without telling anyone. I don’t recommend getting apartment here. They will show you a apartment but best believe you will find things that are not complete and run down, once you start living in it. High prices for terrible apartment. Turn over rate is high!

Applied for these apartments on 8/19 didn’t hear anything so called on 8/22 to check on the application and was told that I was approved and would be receiving my welcome letter by email. Here it is 8/29 and no email. Currently looking for another apartment. I refuse to spend my money here when management can’t even give me the information that I need to move in. If I get this treatment now I hate to see how I’ll get treated if I was having a true emergency in my unit.

It’s been 4 months since I left and I’m still having issues with this apartment complex. They sent a 177 dollar bill to collections for damages they found after I moved out. I gave them my forwarding address when my lease ended and they still never sent me a bill or attempted to reach out. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent company that I’ve ever dealt with.

The units aren't bad to live in, but the staff WILL try to screw you over. They wanted to charge hundreds of extra dollars when we moved out due to damages and "cleaning". Just fyi, we wiped walls, swept and mopped floors, and everything. Like it looked nice when we left. The move out form (where you list everything wrong with the apartment when you move in) was NOT in the final draft of our lease when we left. In fact they had left a blank page where i'd spent hours writing out damages as if I'd never informed them of any damages at all. Get a copy of the FINAL lease agreement, and don't sign ANYTHING until you see it has all the information you wrote on it. Also Don't sign anything until you're holding the final draft, and EXPECT them to charge you $80 for leaving a pen on the counter. The Ring cameras are nice though.

My son moved into these apartments on June 2,2022. From the beginning he has been having problems with his apartment, mainly the heating and cooling system. These apartments are overly priced and not up to comfortable living standards. His unit hasn’t been working and he was promised that it would be. After moving in they finally fixed it and it went back out. He has been going back and forth with old property managers and now the new one, MS. Judy. He is still receiving the run around and it’s dangerously hot these days. The portable/ window unit they supplied him with went out and they have not corrected anything yet. He works days and nights so it’s not much time that he has to talk to them and continue to plead. I as a mother reached out to see how this can be resolved and Ms. Judy immediately shut all communications down. Understandably I’m not in his lease but I do feel that since he shared the information with me and asked that I call to see what else can be done, things could have gone more smoothly. Ms. Judy is very nasty in tone and demeanor. After reading other reviews, they are very accurate of living conditions and experiences of many. HUD needs to close this apartment down asap due to HVAC system!! Higher management needs to look into many concerns. These apartments are not worth$1500 and aggravation. To add she told me that she would be willing to speak to my son and to this date she has not responded to his email.

If I could give this apartment a no star I would . Wife and I moved into this apartment supposed get a specific apartment the apartment was not ready. I got the call the day I was getting the keys my apartment was not ready and would not be ready for months. At that point didn't have a choice but move in an unread apartment. My a/c is always broke. Been promised a move into the apartment we asked for since April. It's always an excuse to why something is not ready yet now they talking about it should be ready in July. They give you the run around when comes to going to actual look at the apartment or even call you back. I have asked multiple times to speak to higher up management then the leasing supervisor

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. The new management in the office is the worst I have ever experienced. They have horrible communication and do not care to fix any issues. I swear their favorite words are “2 months rent and a buy out fee”. They create more problems than fix anything. If I was to name every single incident of what happened in my time living here, this short paragraph will be a novel. However, I will mention that our move out was horrible. We had everything prepared to move out. They were the ones who was unprepared. They didn’t even know how much we were supposed to give them and was confused about everything. We also had to schedule a walkthrough instead of doing it the same day because they were “busy” when in reality she just wanted to go eat lunch in her car. We were told the amount we had to pay before we left but when we returned three days later on the day we schedule to do the walkthrough they had said that we owed even more money and that they already did the walkthrough without us. No phone calls between the time we left and the time we returned to tell us the full amount. We did the walkthrough as scheduled because they are not going to charge me for something and I know I left the place in the best condition. I would not recommend living here. Save yourself the trouble and headache. It speaks volume that majority of their reviews are one stars.

This has been one of the worst experiences by far with my apartments and living arrangements. Broken things in the aprartment that took months for a resolution, now there has been a pest issue that comes with no assitance given. There have been multiple conversation in person even requested via the portal then canceled or completed and no work being done. The gates have been broken since moving here, the amount of money spent on rent here is beyond ridiculous to have these many issues!

Current resident* please understand this place is falsely promoted. The showroom is the only unit that is well-kept, the gate has been broke since last year and there are police in the neighborhood everyday. Don’t be fooled by the leasing office. Everything changes once you sign that lease. If I could leave a zero star review I would. Definitely not the place to raise a family as I feel very unsafe here. There are car break ins that seem almost routine. The rent is through the roof and totally not worth the return. If there’s anything you take from this, please do not waste your time money or credit with Vantage as you will instantly regret it!

Vantage at Wildewood is one of the most poorly run apartment complexes I have ever seen. I had to contact the corporate office to get the gate fixed. To make things worse, it was not entirely repaired. The exit gate has been broken for months, and I have seen multiple cars enter without a fob that way.The maintenance team does not do their job. They had the nerve to come into my apartment, not fix the request I had sent, and then mark it complete. There is no consistency with the leasing employees. The entire staff changed within three months of me living here. The new staff had no understanding of the various issues with the complex.Lastly, I saw cockroaches in my apartment right before I moved out. Overall, the apartment complex is physically nice, but the cons outweigh the pros here.

If I could give negative stars I would.Worst experience ever. Rudest employees and “manager” I’ve ever experienced in my life. Trash pick up hit or miss. They missed pick up and we found maggots everywhere. Promised a renovated apartment, they messed up, charged us more and delayed move in for two weeks. When we toured a lady was standing there talking to employee and turned to us and said “Don’t do it.” We should have listened to her.. Dog park has p*** everywhere. Fire/ patio/grill doesn’t even work. Pool was closed 6 weeks this summer. Front gates were broken from May until now. Don’t let the management say they will get involved, they don’t They never follow up on anything but replying to google reviews saying they want to assist. Gym is trash as half the machines are broken.Save your time, money, and sanity and don’t even tour this place. We paid a fee to break our lease because living at this place for 6 months was 6months too long.Also- “new management” was there before we moved in. It’s still terrible and so is the management

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would!! The worst decision ever. There is nothing LUXURIOUS about these apartments. Management MEAGAN specifically is a rude, lying, arrogant, selfish, incompetent, inconsiderate person. I could go on and on about her actually. From Nov 4-Dec 29 my apartment was without heat. I was told to use emergency heat. Maintenance attempted to repair it, failed every single time. I was provided one space heater for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Had to take them to court to break my lease. This was a nonstop nightmare from the day I moved in. I was only here 3 months and it was 3 months too long. Also, the freezer was broken the entire time I was there. I was told lie after lie about getting that fixed also. So I’m sure whoever ends up getting unit 915 will have the same issues after they slap some paint on it and put it available. If you are considering moving here, please take my review and all the others seriously DON’T do it.

I had a great experience with Vantage at Wildwood. Team members at the leasing office are very help and the move in process went very smooth.
