This post office is by Irmo High School and is the post office I have been to. They are kind and helpful. They like to work there. They have great attitudes and personalities. They do not treat you like a number, they do treat you like family. I wished all post offices ran the way this one does.

This is my favorite post office to use. The clerks are always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They are always willing to answer any questions I have. They have a really unique collection of elephants on display, which my daughter loves, and they always give her a sticker when we visit. Definitely has the vibe of a nice, small town post office.

I never had a bad experience here, until today. I sent my daughter in to mail a book, she asked for media mail. The clerk charged for ground, refused to correct her mistake, and blamed it on my daughter.

This is the ONLY Post Office I will use. All that work there go out of their way to help and make it a wonderful experience…… they figure out the best boxes to use and do a great job in helping pack the boxes !!!! Did I mention great employee’s???Thank you Hugh for making this such a positive place to bring packages mail and to buy stamps from!!!!

Greet EVERYONE. The gentleman has always been nice and attentive, everything one expects from great customer service. The two women this morning, not so much. I gave an extra star because although the gentleman wasn’t there, his attitude redeemed the store a little. People pay attention to good customer service. Ladies, do better. Thanks

I go to this post office ONLY,they have 3 hard working young,nice,pretty woman who are fast and know the answer to everything.THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE!!ALWAYS HAPPY AS WELL.NOT 1 BAD EXPERIENCE OTHER USPS OFFICE SHOULD TRAIN HERE!!
