I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what, but this USPS location is very unprofessional. I am missing two packages that are CLEARLY here. They keep saying they have no access delivery location and then they held it at the PO by my request (lies), which I went to “pick-up”, only for them to tell me they don’t have it ?.. I’ve never had this issue before.. I’d like to add that I have a camera on my house. No one attempted to deliver ANYTHING! I’d rather they be honest and say that they weren’t able to deliver than to lie and make me look crazy at the counter.
I need physical number because the 1-800 number is not good enough. I need to talk to an actual person.

No local phone when I contact the 1800 number I get told to call my local office but since the only number listed is the 1800 number . I have no legs so I cannot go to the office as you can see I have no legs.

I don't know what is it what's this place but I have a package that was delivered there on the 13th and have not gotten it yet is now the 20th what is going on please do something about this place thanks and have a nice day

This is the worst Post Office if they don't feel like delivering a package they just say it's available for pickup this happens a lot with my packages and calling and making a complaint is a joke also

I'm so grateful to have a local post office here in the Eau Claire area. Some people's reviews criticize this post office because of delivery problems, but the fact is that the main post office on Assembly Street is responsible for mail delivery, not the local post office! Even though this branch is understaffed and has strange hours, it's far better than nothing.

Horrible service.. Packages and mail delivered to wrong addresses continuously and dont run til after 4 pm.. Emails never get a response nor can you get help. Sad

They aren’t open when they say they are. They’ll wait until the posted business hours to place a hand written notice in the window saying they’re not open until a later time. This is the second time this has happened.
