Rude, refused to give me package sent to my office because my driver's license home address is different; even when shown my order information from shipper and other mail - absurd,this is why the Post Office is the butt of jokes - would rate zero if I could

On 12/22 around 12:30pm, I received a notice on my door that a package was undeliverable as it required a signature (which the seller didn’t make me aware of). Within two hours of receiving that notice, I used the QR code on the notice to reschedule delivery for the very next day, 12/23. Got confirmation that the delivery was rescheduled. Not only did I not get the package the next day, but there hasn’t been a single update on the tracking number since 12/22. I’ve called my local post office, went to the post office, and even contacted the USPS customer service line. I submitted a service request, but nobody is helping me. I can’t get a single straight answer from anybody. Nobody knows where my package is, although it was standing at my doorstep on Friday, 12/22…but sadly we weren’t home to sign. Now suddenly it’s just missing. HOW????This is a Christmas gift for my 11 year old son. We were already scammed by another eBay seller and received an empty box a week prior to this, and had to order another item last minute. This is the only gift that my son had been asking for all year long. We literally wrapped the entire box that we were already scammed on, and let him know as he opened it that we should be getting his new one in the mail. Yet, here we are. NO PACKAGE, NO HELP, nothing.

We are not happy as we wait to get out packages checked in. Please do something about this. This is ridiculous. I am about to ask for a gift card for my time wasted.Of course when I make a call to customer service. They suddenly come back. Isn't that funny?

This location needs an overhaul of employees, but r needs to be shut down…we got a P. O. Box due to someone stealing checks and other mail from our apartment complex mailboxes, and here the same sh!t is happening at the Post Office. Checks, Bank debit cards, and Credit cards never making it to our P. O. Box, or apt. complex mailbox…the common denominator is the USPS employees. This is beyond ridiculous.

All my packages kept going through USPS and all three of my packages have not been delivered. Even my amazon package is running late. They have made a hold mail order saying it was my request but I never even done anything of that matter.

I unfortunately have my letters in charge from this Usps office. The post officer that is supposed to deliver packages doesn’t care about our neighborhood. They deliver packages with mailboxes broken, they put letters and packages out of right address and today they left a key for pick up my package in a mailbox that doesn’t work, because it has a key inside the hole, broken. It is a mess every day and every week. I know that because some of our neighbors have been calling the supervisor from this office and it seems doesn’t care neither. It is a shame that a federal office work and play with an important thing that is letters and packages. If your post office deliver sensitive information and important letters the less you can do is be responsible and professional. If you can not handle that, quit from your job, because you are not doing a good job.

Horrible customer service inside the post office! The ladies up front give ylu attitude BEFORE you even get up to the counter for assistance. The postman who delivers to my apt complex can't put the correct mail in the right box. He has lost 2 of my packages and a check, that I know have to wait 15 business days to get reimbursed. I'm being penalized because of their incompetence. When you ask for a supervisor, they tell you that the supervisor is on a conference call and that they'll call you back. It's been days of not getting call backs. I am a federal employee as well, and I have blown the whistle on this location!

I can see why this place has one star. The works are so rude and you can tell they don't want to be there working. And God forbid you have a package that they have to look for. You will see a whole other level of them being rude.

I mean just asking a question got me a dirty look. I have Mail that I'm supposed to pick up because our development mail box is under maintenance by the post office and it's been months so when I went there the lady was so nasty I didn't even get my mail. Imagine that, I NEED my mail but didn't want to get it because of a workers attitude ??♂️

I'm still confused. I dont know what happened. Seems to me a bunch of people don't like their jobs and insist on taking it out on the post office's customers. This was first thing in the a.m. So I imagine it only gets worse later in the day. The front counter staff are very unpleasant. No one else that works there seems to mind. And even smiled as the woman threw what I would call a hissy fit and stormed off locking her computer refusing to take my package. I don't know but if you work at the post office you take packages I thought thats how that worked. Maybe I was suppose to take the package. I dont know.

They're holding my package hostage and will not deliver. My landlord hasn't up-kept the apartment complex's mailboxes, so they have made no attempt to redeliver OR contact me. This is ridiculous!

I waited for an PRIORITY EXPRESS that was already a day late that they scanned out for delivery today instead of at the post office, where it actually was, so I could have gone and picked it up before they closed instead of wasting another day and now into Monday waiting until 4pm when my carrier comes around so it will then be 4 days late!! So what the hell is the use of paying $30 if they don’t stand by what it’s supposed to mean?? This isn’t the 1st time either!!! It’s time sensitive documents, which was why they were sent Thursday just in case!!!!!! This Post Office truly does not go out of their way for anything!!!!!!! They won’t even be open for me to have them hold it before the carrier leaves Monday either!!!! Gotta love the postal service! I thought ppl were kidding!!! I’m so mad I could spit fire!! Ughhhhhhh

This place is by far the biggest compilation of incompetence I have ever seen.The staff is incapable of admitting that they do not know how to do their job and like to place blame on the distribution center.USPS is a monopoly I did not sign up for but have to suffer through anyway.If you can avoid this branch in particular, be sure to do that.There's a reason Richland County is rated so poorly, this is one of those reasons.

I would give them a zero if I could. So unprofessional. I had a package delivered to my mailbox and was scanned as delivered but sent to a different mailbox. They should fire the whole staff and start all over. They hire anybody these days
