Great costumer service. As always they were professional and friendly. Did my daughters passport application today.Miss Vanessa is amazing, always smiling. Lady that did my passport application one year not sure what was her name was great.

Ms. Pinkney in the passport department is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, tells you exactly what to do, and makes the process easy. I highly recommend coming to this post office for your passport needs.

This is by far the best postal facility in the Columbia and downtown area! Convenient parking, friendly staff, lots of stamp and mailing options, and you are able to conduct business quickly.

The staff here were amazing. I came in for a passport appointment on 08/01/21 at 9:30am. I called and told them I was going to be running a little late and asked if I needed to cancel and reschedule or what—they told me to come in whenever I could and were super nice about it. When I got there everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful. I was there from around 9:30am-12:30pm and they were so diligent in making sure to help me in every way they could. I go to Clemson, but if I could bring the staff from UofSC to Clemson with me I would!! They’re amazing! Special shout-out to Mr. Joe & Mr. Davis. Thanks for everything!!

I try not to write bad reviews however it is absolutely so horrible and un professional that if my packages was not on that route I would never use this place again!!! My packages will sit at this very post office for days every time my package is delayed it is always because of the same place. Mistakes and bad days happen but this has become a routine of this post office. Makes the other offices who have to deliver the packages look bad because they're always late however it is not the local offices who are at fault.

We don't have a way to do money orders at this location.

Went to get a passport. All the staff here are very helpful. I was treated as if I was their own family. I observed that others were treated the same. Very pleasant experience!

My family went to this post office to get our passports and I can't commend them enough! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I had all my paperwork in order, so it helped the process, but the employee that helped us was efficient and friendly. I'm glad I took the advice of other reviews and came here instead of the Post Office on Assembly Street. Just a note: The post office itself is open until 4, however the cutoff time for passports is 3:30. My family of 3 were seen at 3:10 and were walking out the door at 3:25!

This is one of the most convenient post offices in Columbia. Friendly employees, quick and efficient service, and opens at 8:00 am. This is extremely helpful for those who cannot always get to Assembly Street during their business hours. Keep up the great work guys!

My passport application probably took 10 minutes at most and I got it in the mail in about 4 weeks. I LOVE this post office. It's the college campus affiliate post office, but it's open to everyone. Not sure why in the world you would go to the main office on Assembly Street. It's RIDICULOUSLY busy! It's a no brainer, come to this location and thank me later!
