Coming from Pittsburgh, PA to here & I am in incredibly disappointed. Mail doesn't come until almost 4. Packages delivered damaged, late or not at all. Why pay $$ to have things shipped just to be wasted & disappointed?? Definitely will be using FedEx & such from here on out.

Why are my items always getting held there for days..it left every other postal service within hrs..just to get stuck in SC a hr away from me

Dealing with USPS in Columbia SC is frustrating!! The only number to call is the toll free number and they will give you the run around. There is no mail being delivered to my moms house. If you go In person they have you fill out a piece of paper and never call you back! Very ridiculous would give 0 stars if I could!
