We had a horrible experience at this store, unprofessional, trash behavior from the workers who seem to try and delete this review every time. I’ll keep posting how horrible this location is!

I hardly ever shop at Urban Outfitters but I will definitely be coming back more often! My shopping experience yesterday was made an absolute delight by the manager Justin. He was so incredibly helpful, funny and his customer service skills were top tier. I'm usually not a big fan of shopping in person or trying on clothes, but he was able to change my whole perspective! Highly recommend Urban Outfitters now, ask for Justin!

I don't typically like to shop for myself because I never know what looks good for me, but I was pleasantly surprised when Ryan came to the rescue. He helped me so much and I am very grateful for his inputs. Will definitely shop here again!!

Haidyn was very unhelpful. I asked her to help me find a headband that was in stock on the site. I informed them that I had previously purchased them from this store but an associate had to grab them from the back. No one went to check even after they said they would.

Tried to do an in-store pickup and had my item cancelled by the store. Item was still in stock but had now doubled in price because the sale was over. Took over an hour of being on the phone with UO customer service to get the item at the reduced price and corrected.

I was in Columbia for a couple of days for a training for work. The training was held walking distance from the hotel where I was staying and along the way we passed this Urban Outfitters. (Visited twice in one day, during a break and then after the training because I was indecisive lol). The store was nice and clean, and had a variety of cute clothes and items. A bit pricey, however the clothes are great quality so you get what you pay for. The star of the show are the workers. Customer service was top tier and everyone was so welcoming, nice, and helpful.The only person's name that I got was the manager Justin. He was so helpful and even though I was indecisive, on picking a pair of cargo jeans, he was patient and I was able to find the perfect pair for the homecoming tailgate. Even the girls working the dressing room were very nice and helpful. I used to work in retail and I have not seen customer service as good as this in a while. Will be back again.

I recently visited the Urban Outfitter store in Columbia SC to return a online purchase. It's been a while since I have shopped there in person but it has always been a pleasant experience in the past.This time, immediately after entering the store, I was very distributed by the extremely loud music with absolutely filthy lyrics,Not appropriate, nor becoming of a public place of business.Management should seriously reconsider on what kind of songs are played in their stores and make sure that employees and supervising staff adhere to such policies. I definitely wouldn't want children to be subjected to this kind of language.

Cool hip selection of clothes , caps and jeans! Expect to pay 29$ - 39$ for a t shirt, not a wide selection of jeans/pants but they are expensive also 30$- 59$!!!

I used to love this store but never go because of the parking. I decided to go the other day and parking is a nightmare. There’s a small alley with designated spots, otherwise you need to park at the limited meters offered in the vista.I like the vibe of the store but the sizing is not very inclusive; if you’re over a 29-30 waist you will not find anything that fits, and the items they do have seem to run very small. But maybe I am too old to shop here now
