I frequently go to this UPs store and today I had been received with a very rude and unwelcoming gesture from a lady associate working between the hours of 3-4 pm. She wouldn't let me talk, cut me immediately before I had a chance to complete a sentence, and seemed annoyed that she had to service me. Her movements and the way she expressed her words were off putting, as if I am wasting her time. I was only at the store to return an order and would not take all of her time since I have all the necessary things to make a smooth and easy return. She did not allow me to even ask her a question nor did she allowed me to continue after she made her statement. Even the other customer noticed she was being irritated and annoyed. It is very disappointing how a person who is there to be serviced is treated as if they are a burden.

My recent visits to this location have been consistently disappointing due to the extremely rude behavior of the employees. It is obvious that they do not wish to be there (despite them taking time to submit an application and willingly work there). It’s not like they’re working without pay. Their lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
Despite multiple complaints from various customers, it seems that the management has failed to address this ongoing issue. The behavior of the staff reflects poorly on the management and the owner. This is, without a doubt, the worst UPS Store in South Carolina.
Driving a few extra miles to a different location is probably better than dealing with the poor service at this store.
I am extremely disappointed with this store, and it’s a shame because I know there’s still a few good employees.

The comments about the rude employees are definitely true. I have visited this location more than once and the customer service is always below average.
At some point you have to blame the manager or owner. A lack of coaching and trying to correct the behavior has emboldened the employees to remain disgustingly rude. Take an extra few minutes out of your day and go elsewhere.
For the employees, I hope your lives get better. It appears you are not just having occasional bad days.

They are always so friendly and personable here! They are kind if you forget your tape or label. They are patient and always make sure your shipping needs are met with a smile! I will drive out of my way to come to this UPS specifically over other locations.

Just drive the the extra 10-15 miles to a different location. The employees at this establishment need an attitude adjustment. You are getting paid to work there, so change up the attitude and act like you want to be there. It’s not like you’re working for free. I just wanted to return a few packages to Amazon. That’s it.

First off, I thought the review stating rude employees were overreacting, but they’re not. The employees at this store are rude, the rudest people ever. It was embarrassing how rude they were. Same as the other reviews, it was an African American lady, looked around early 20s. Worst customer service ever. Might as well quit your job if you’re going to act like that. I have a job. I have bad days. But I don’t let that affect me when I clock in.

Absolutely experienced the most terrible service and attitude by an employee. Kept on insisting and arguing the label was a return label when it was a shipping label from a selling app. Then insisted with conviction the package was for USPS. Package label was UPS Sure post . Has no customer service skills , rude and unprofessional. Will never use this location again !

Do NOT use this location as an access point for pick-up. They will charge you $5 per package with no notice! Even if it's free through the retailer. That is ridiculous!

Customer service was handled professionally.
Cost for mailing packages is more expensive than post office. However, location is convenient and wait time is better than post office. Overall, customer service is excellent.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would! Been to this location 3 times in the past month and I have experienced horrible attitudes from the employees. The first time I thought it was just a coincidence, but the past two times, absolutely ridiculous!! Whoever owns or manages this location, needs new employees asap! I will drive over to the UPS store on Two Notch Rd or on Clemson Road before I go here again! And I will make a point to tell my husband, my neighbors, and my kids definitely not to go here. It's embarrassing just how rude these employees are! The 1st time it was two younger African American women employees. The other two times, it was an African American guy a bit on the shorter side with short dreads. He was absolutely awful. SO rude & literally made me feel so uncomfortable.

Hands down the worst UPS store I have ever been in. All i needed was a copy of my tax form and check before i mailed it. For some reason he starts putting tape on my check and forms to make a copy. I asked him, please don't use tape on my tax forms. Tell my why he gets so mad and grabs my papers from the copier and toss them on the counter for me to leave. I had to talk him down he got so upset. And no, I didnt get my copies. The worst!!
