I returned a hockey stick to Amazon. The only box that they could find was 26 dollars. I was advised to go to U Haul to get a cheaper box. Would have thought UPS would have.has more affordable options.

Friendly staff. Take care of my shipping needs easily and economically. They always help me with heavy shipping items. They are all pleasant to talk to and easy going. They handle every person quickly and professionally even when there is a long line. Great job!

What a great store. All the gentlemen working in that store are very well put together young men. The manager did a fantastic job selecting these workers. I am happy to say that every time I come into this UPS store with an amazon return the young men get it taken care of fast and efficiently.

Their personnel are always very friendly and and efficient. I am handicap in my walking and they offer to help me get things to the car. And they have even offered to come out to my car and get the packages. I go in and ship packages and they can save addresses, etc. for me in their computer. Tell them the name of the person and the ZIP Code and they will find the name and address of the person that I want to ship it to. It is just a very place to Ship!

I arrived for my finger printing appointment. Only customer in store, not greeted. Was told would be helped shortly, another customer walked in and was helped. My login registration was timed out...due to associate forgetting about me to help a customer who came in after me. I do not understand why a store would take my appointment if only 1 employee is working. No assistance with fingerprinting at all. Maybe this is how it is done now. But more disappointed in lack of customer service provided by associate. I’ll reframe from adding names to this post….but even when 2 other employees arrived…they were more concerned about cupcakes that were brought in from Walmart.

I have been using this store for about 7 years. It is quick and convenient. The store has done many returns for me as well as packing and mailing some items there is no way I could pack for mailing! The staff are professional, as well as very friendly. Recently, we needed a notary at a very sad and difficult time. Braden E. helped us and was so sincerely kind, and I might add, so patient with our questions. I feel like that is a rarity these days. I wanted to be especially sure to write a review because of the kindness he showed to us at such a difficult time. So, all that being said, I highly recommend you use this UPS Store. And it is nice to know a notary is so close by.

I visited this ups store with a abnormally large package a day before mothers day(BUSYYYY DAY to ship anything). The team here was more than accommodating and super helpful. If I could add 10 stars, I would. The team actually had to construct a box the size of my item, which I must say was not easy ,being the item is a lawnmower. Alex, the associate the assisted me, was super polite, personable and everything you could want in a customer service experience !

Worst service .. Overall ! Had fax sent from this store, given receipt from register; waited 20 minutes and got back in line to get confirmation the fax was received. The female service tech said I gave you the receipt from the register!! She could not tell me if fax went through after paying $16.40 and said the printer for that machine was out !!
I left paying for a fax that I do not have confirmation of receiving because they were out of toner!!
Went across street to FedEx store with friendly and competent staff helped me to resend the
Fax. Out in 5 minutes!! Cost same amount $&
That UPS store has merchandise stacked in piles behind counter. They were repackaging and printing out new labels. Looked like the aftermath of a tornado!
Must be under new and very incompetent management !

This place is hardly ever open. I’ve been here many times during their posted hours where the sign said open, but the door was locked, the lights were off, and nobody was inside.

This is the most reliable UPS Store I've ever had to work with. I've been coming here for almost 2 years, and for multiple reasons I've been going there a lot in the past few weeks, and the service is always on-point. The staff is attentive and are adept at providing good info. As this location gets very busy, that's saying a lot.I just got some very important papers notarized there, and as my bank doesn't even do this I'm glad this store has that option. The young man who notarized my documents was on-point. I've gotten decent service at other locations, but this one remains the best.
