Website says they offer notary services. Thinking that this isn’t something that you could just walk into anytime. I decided to call. I called three times with no answer. The fourth time they answered just to stop the ringing. I could hear them talking in the background without addressing me. I called back, I guess they got the message. I wasn’t gonna stop calling them. The “ gentlemen“ who answered the phone said, “well we don’t actually offer that service“.

Customer service was the best and I felt like a valued customer even though this was the first time I had been in this particular UPS store. The three gentleman who worked this store was professional and extremely helpful to all customers in the store. I will return to this store again.

Wanted to charge me $25 just to fill out a label!!!! Got the same label at post office and shipping for $10! What a rip off!

The employees are usually nice but this place is a mess. Packages always laying everywhere, no real sense of organization. Takes forever for them to find things. Seems to be a clear lack of management and I’ve really only seen kids working. Wrote this while standing in a very long line.

I wish I could give Ben more stars. I am a frequent at this UPS store and am not the best at shipping packages! He makes the process so easy and I am always greeted with a smiling face. I accidentally chose the Whole Foods store for an Amazon return and had no idea. Ben kindly explained what I had done and exactly how to fix it. Owning a small business has its difficulties but people like Ben make it so much easier to ship products out.

I’ve been using this store a long time, it’s sad the store manager has hiked up a ridiculous fee price to print 1 simple label to $2.37!!!! The store clerks are always nice and helpful, I just don’t agree with ripping someone off for that price to print a single label.

The store is always busy and the folks on the counter might not be perfectly trained to handle the rush. On top of it the majority of staff being college students you cannot expect quality service either around the opening hours or the closing hours of the store. A few months back I had to bear around $300 worth of loss because of their mishandling on one of my Amazon returns. On top of that they were not able to help me out to either get a hold of the recovery agent from UPS or Amazon.The money is long gone and I have made amends with it after trying to get some help from the store employees and owner. But I thought I should share some insight to others who might read this and choose a good time to visit this store and make sure the receipts they have been given are correct especially if it involves an expensive package.

The last 2 times I have been to this location in the mid-morning hours within 90 days they have not had any notaries available to notarize documents. I asked if any employees that were notaries would be in later in the day and was told no, it would be several days. I have noticed new employees don’t greet you asking if they can assist you-you simply get a look from them like they just don’t want to be bothered. Customer service is no longer #1 at this location.

Although it was busy as could be Dominic went above and beyond on his service. Made me feel like there was no rush and made sure I was well informed about the entire process. It was much appreciated. This man should be promoted ASAP
