Went here to get a gold chain resized. And the hook ring broke.not sure if it was my fault r not.but they fixed it .while i was there .a even put bigger jump rings on it .at no charge.excellent custermer service..will definitely use them again for any jewelry needs .thanks so much

Had a great experience here picking and designing an engagement ring for my wife. Really enjoyed being walked through the grade of diamonds and having the option to pick from many that fit in my price range. I recommend anyone looking into a diamond ring for their future wife to shop here for it.

Looking for gifts for my wife that fit her tastes in other jewelry stores felt like looking for a needle in an overpriced haystack with hit or miss customer service. Unforgettable couldn't be more different. The inventory feels like it is carefully curated in every way and the staff and owner are incredibly kind and helpful. I can't recommend this store highly enough.

10/10 would recommend Bill and his team here. I bought wife’s engagement ring, wedding band and my band from Unforgettable and love it. The team really takes their time to educate you and are honest and no pressure when shopping. Gotta check them out. We moved to Tampa and still buy from them!

This place is truly amazing. First, their customer service was exceptional. My fiancée had them merge two rings I really liked into one and they were patient with us even though we kept asking to make changes. The ring turned out absolutely beautiful and it didn’t take long for them to get it made. Truthfully, I cannot say enough good things about this place, the customer service and quality of jewelry. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for jewelry!

Unforgettable is the BEST place for jewelry and is a local business in Columbia. Bill helped us with my engagement ring and our wedding bands. They were so helpful, friendly, and offered us so many options, besides the fact that he was extremely patient and had a gorgeous selection and did several custom pieces for us recently as well. I strongly recommend you making this your 1st stop for any fine jewelry needs- you won’t be disappointed and will be impressed by their level of service and expertise, as well as the beautiful selection.

I purchased my fiancé's engagement ring here at the recommendation of two different people and it was the best customer service I've ever had. Bill and his staff are extremely professional, walk you through what to look for in a diamond, and keep you updated on your order during the entire process. When my then wife-to-be and I decided it was time to shop for rings we went to Unforgettable simply because it's just a couple blocks from us. We'd never been there before and had never talked to anyone who had shopped there so we had no preconceptions -- we just thought we'd start close. Later that day I stopped by four other jewelry stores around town to comparison shop. It was an easy decision to come back to Unforgettable to buy our rings because of the price, selection, and customer service. Bill and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We made clear what we were looking for and he showed us exactly that, explaining clearly what our options were within the range of what we were looking for but never pressuring one way or another. The store is exceptionally well organized and it's easy to shop there. I later came back on my own to buy a necklace as an engagement gift. I should mention that these visits happened during the coronavirus pandemic and they took every necessary precaution at Unforgettable: Masks, hand sanitizer, respecting space, and so on. It's so nice when the staff at a store making shopping for something easy. Six out of five stars.

I went to Unforgettable for the first time last week with a bunch of jewelry repairs/resizing jobs. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Bill and his staff are so helpful and the work was done beautifully. I saw so many unique and pretty things in the shop so I'm planning on going to Unforgettable the next time I'm looking for something special for my daughter. The highest level of service I've experienced in any store ever. They created a secret "wish list" for me so that when my girl friend visits the store, they will secretly note the items she lingers looking at so that I have a potential list to draw from later. They put relationships as their highest priority. How anyone shops anywhere else, I don't know.
