Great experience dealing with the company with our move from Spokane Washington to Columbia South Carolina. They got the Cube there on time as they said, and coordinated the drop-off and pick-up wonderfully. We couldn't ask for any better service, or find a better price! Staff was great, professional, and personal too. We would recommend the company, and use them again.

This company was not only affordable for our cross-country move, but the ODFL trailers were incredible! Great staff and always on time! Would absolutely use them again for a long-distance move!!

I did a cross border move and Columbia was the receiving end. No issues, everything was very easy. Any questions I had, a quick phone call solved it. Would definitely recommend u-pack/ABF.

U-pack helped us move from New Mexico to South Carolina. Everything about the moving experience was seamless. All drivers that we encountered were kind and courteous! I would highly recommend using U-Pack. We were leery using any company with all the horror stories you hear about cross country moving but our experience with U-pack in all phases was incredibly positive.

Our family just used U-Pack for our cross country move from OK to SC. It was convenient and reliable! From the start, you speak with a real representative and making a reservation was quick, easy, and free. The drivers at origin and destination for delivery and pick up were knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service is everything these days and when it’s matched with reliable and quality service then you will have repeat customers. I will recommend u-pack to everyone now!

I had to move in an ungodly short amount of time due to work transfer...and I managed to get a cube super fast. The driver was friendly and walked me through simple steps. Pick up, drop off and final retrieval were FLAWLESS. I was able to track my cube and had no issues at all. The website is easy to use. Reasonably priced and if I ever (not that I would want to any time soon or ever again LOL) needed to move I would not hesitate to use them. They made this stressful move that much easier!

U-Pack staff made scheduling so easy. They dropped the container off and gave us a number to call when we had it loaded. They picked it up the next business day and sent me a link to track it. After unloading the container I again called the number I was given and they picked it up the next day. Everyone involved was polite and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

I used U-Pack recently for our move from Northern VA to NC. They were wonderful. I had to use a second container company as well and all they did was make me thankful at least half was move was with U-Pack! They are timely and so easy to get on the phone. The other company would leave me on hold or waiting for a call back for hours. Plus, U-Pack prices were the best I found!

This was the second move I've made using U-Pack trailers (I've used ABF about 15 years ago) Fortunately there was more room available than I thought I needed, so that was helpful. Some of the equipment I had to move was pretty huge, so I don't think a full service mover would've even touched them. U-Pack showed up on time and worked with me through the ice, snow and mud to park the trailers. The dispatchers have been pro-active and helpful at every step of the way to check on me and accommodate my needs. Delivery went about the same way, so I could say nothing negative about this company. I highly recommend U-Pack.

Very affordable for moving from the Columbia, SC, area to Maryland. The customer service both on the phone and onsite with the freight shippers (we loaded at the freight center) were fantastic and accommodating for our needs. Drivers were very helpful as well.

I have used Upack twice now and both times, they have been exceptional. This time, I moved from upstate NY to upstate SC. Both the local offices were good and responsive. My Relocube was in storage for a month in SC and then promptly delivered to my home address on the delivery date. Communication was easy, transportation was smooth, I can not be more glad about how everything went so well! I have also recommended them to a couple of my friends. I hope I don't have to do a long-distance move again, but, if I do, I'll happily use Upack!
