Never have I in my life been charge for cigarette smoke in a truck. No problem. Just beware. Go to other uhauls. 25$. Feels like a money grab. I had that truck spotless.

I have been renting U-Haul trucks for many years and have utilized their app since about 2017 or so. I made a reservation in hopes of using the app to check in, because in the past it was a seamless process. However, this is my first time renting at this particular location. When checking in with the app, it did NOT prompt me to take pictures of the truck at all nor did it prompt me to input mileage. This was odd, because I prepaid for the mileage and paid for more miles than I needed (usually, I am reimbursed for any unused miles upon return). Once I checked in on the app (which took about 20 min), I received a notification saying to go inside and speak with a clerk for keys (very odd because what’s the point of using the app if I have to go inside). Once inside the store, the clerk said he had no record of my reservation. After showing him my reservation on the app and the truck number, he hesitantly gave us the keys. I asked if the appliance dolly that I paid extra for was already in the truck, and he said yes. Well when I got to the truck, it wasn’t there. I went back in, and after some back-and-forth, and me again showing him my reservation, he told me to just grab the dolly. Throughout this process, he was a bit dry and rude which was pretty frustrating. So then, I start up the truck and the gas tank was on E, so I immediately had to stop for gas. When I returned the truck with more gas than I started with, I was prompted to input mileage and fuel level on the app at that time, which was again odd because I was never able to input a starting mileage or fuel amount. The app glitched out during the return process, so we just left the keys with the clerk who was walking around on the storage lot. I will inevitably be charged for mileage I did not use, and the check-in process was long and cumbersome; and made worst due to the unpleasant demeanor of the gentleman working. Do yourself a favor, and if needing a truck rental, try another location or company. It’s not worth the hassle.

Kim chin was extremely helpful, professional and polite, she did a great job assisting me during an emergency situation, she made the process of selecting a storage unit easy and effortless. The best customer service I've received in a while. I'm very greatful for her time and patience

Extremely slow checkin process and poor customer service. First person in line left with no truck or a replacement option because the truck they were here to pick up was stolen last night. Next renter in front of us took over 30 minutes and then was given the wrong key which required additional time to sort out. They also did not have any dolly or furniture pads available (which we reserved in advance). Even though we reserved truck in advance and did online checkin, it still took us 20 minutes once we were at the desk. Without explanation of the issue, they also gave us a truck completely on empty with a small “fuel credit” that barely covered the price of gas to get it to the required 1/4 option (before we even got to drive it to start moving things).

I had rental uhaul serval times this year and a few times from this location. I return the rental clean nothing wrong with it at all. An employee name KIM charged me extra 20$ for not doing mobile check. I uploaded the picture but it wasn’t working and still charged me 20$ for no reason…Find another location near by…

Do not rent from here. Horrible customer service and they will dupe you. All they want is your money and will charge you for things you had nothing to do with. They obviously dont know how to inspect vehicles before they are being sent out to the customers. Drive the extra 5 miles to another Uhaul.

Have been renting a storage unit at this location for about 6 years and have never had an issue. I've even rented a truck from here twice when I needed to move some things. The staff has always been helpful. I'm not very familiar with the new manager but the old one, Deborah, was awesome. I could call her anytime if I had an issue with getting into the property or my unit.

They have awful customer service they didn't add my military discount. The elevators didn't work so I had to use the stairs. Half of the carts don't work. They don't prorate anything so if you use 2 days they still charge you for the whole month. This place was a nightmare.
