Can I just tell you how wonderful Ashley was and she made my day! Because if any of you have been on this road to rent a U-Haul you know that there is a U-Haul by the name of Eagle One prior to reaching this one at 1827 Lake Mary Blvd. The lady that was at the Eagle One was horrific!!!!! I just hope no one else has the worst experience of their life there. But once I found out that I was at the wrong location I both glad and pleased and drove further up the road to Ashley at 1827 Lake Murray Blvd. who was an angel. We shared an exchange stories and she was very pleasant to deal with and very down to earth Ashley made us feel welcomed and completed our rental with a very quick click of the button. Later I had some questions and their manager or district manager Susan Scheer called me who was completely awesome and they were on it!!! So if you ever Gond yourself out in Columbia South Carolina and needing to rent a U-Haul go here! FYI...we're not related but they were the best and let's just say we're from different backgrounds and they made me feel like I was part of their family.

Ashley was very helpful and professional, always on point and making sure the experience was top notch. I have occasion to move equipment and the U-haul trailers are perfect for the task. Combination of reliable equipment and an outstanding customer service experience will bring me back again.
