This will be my new pharmacy! I recently transferred prescriptions here due to insurance. John was so kind when answering my questions and trying to help find cheaper options. The pharmacy was clean and everything processed quickly. This is better than any chain pharmacy!

Absolutely wonderful! Staff is amazing and super helpful. After a solid year of terrible experiences with CVS across the street and thr Walgreens in Five Points, I'm so glad I switched to True. They transferred everything without incident and handled a co-pay card with zero issues (my doctor's office had to call Walgreen 3x and walk them through using the card and they still didn't get it right. Ended up delaying my Rx a month). True had the Rx ordered, filled, and for the right price in 24 hours!True also has real people responding to their texts. Let me know of an issue with an Rx (hard to get because of natuonal shortage) and responded with helpful info right away. I was able to get my doctor to call in a different dosage and had it same day.

I have honestly never had better CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life! JOHN is AMAZING and was an absolute delight and took more than great care of addressing my needs. I will never go to a different pharmacy for any of my medical needs for any reason!

Kind, helpful staff who were able to knock out everything we needed promptly. A totally different (substantially better) experience than the chains I’m used to. Will absolutely be back.

I got my COVID Booster here and could not have been more happier with the customer service. The pharmacy itself is super quaint and reminds of an old local pharmacy. The pharmacist are very knowledgeable and sweet. They were able to get me in and administer a booster for me in just a few minutes. After getting my booster here, whenever I have prescriptions, I will get them filled here.
