I went browsing with the intention of buying a couch for my living room in the future and ran across, the salesman Paul Lewis.. he was competent, knowledgeable about the different designs and patient. I was pregnant at the time and when my new baby came I went back in hopes I’d find the perfect couch for me and my growing family. I didn’t buy that day, but about 6-9 months later. When I returned Paul greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.. and I definitely shopped and compared and took my time. Not once was he ever pushy. I’d recommend to any of my family/ friends! Go see, Paul too.

Do not even bother going there. Worst shopping experience of my life. The Sales Associate was willing to help me with buying a recliner off the floor for me to sleep in following open heart triple by pass surgery. He told the Store Manager my situation, but the store manager said they had one they would do that they would do that with, but as far as me buying one that would work fir me, the Manager gave me the impression, no exceptions, my problem, not his, he could and would not make an exception. Horrible Management at this Store. He could cared less. Think twice before you try to spend money there. It was like I had a spending cap, I did not.

Roger was amazing he was he assisted us in our furniture needs and made sure we understood what we were buying and how to take care of what we're were buying. He also made sure we understood the purchasing process and what to expect at delivery. We would recommend Roger Scott at rooms to go to eceryone he knows what he's talking about and has a great personality! Overall the best furniture shopping experience we've ever had! Thank you.

Jeremy Busbee is the absolute best salesperson EVER! He took the time to really listen to what I wanted…details are so important and he definitely picked up on every single one and showed me so many options to my liking, keeping everything within the budget I had. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable on the products and protection plans. If every store had only Jeremy’s working at the different locations they would definitely meet your sales quota every month!!! A million thanks Jeremy

A big store with a bunch of stuff that looks the same as every other furniture store these days. We did however find a sectional that we purchased and the salesman Roger was a really nice guy. The sectional won't be delivered for over 3 weeks though which is ridiculous but at least we found one that we like.

From the first time I went to Rooms to Go, Roger has been exceptional at helping me find what I am looking for. He has gone above and beyond in helping me and my family. He has rearranged pieces for me until I found the look I was going for. Roger goes as far as entertaining the kids. I do not place an order unless Roger is there to assist me.

My husband and I were helped by Tonya when purchasing furniture for our new home. Tonya was amazing to work with, she was so helpful and personable, she walked us through purchasing and financing and helped us pick out some beautiful pieces. We purchased during the Labor Day sale and Tonya helped us with some amazing deals.
