I had the worst experience ever today. I walked in was not greeted and there were 3 people in front of me. They placed their orders and then the girl left and started making their smoothies. She never addressed me at all. Not even give me a minute. I waited approximately 6-10 minutes or so and then the girl making the sandwiches walked over to help her with the smoothies. I am not addressed. The sandwich girl finally comes to take my order because there was a man behind me. I placed my order and the sandwich girl starts making my food..... In the process 2 people come from the back and she starts talking to them. I saw her scratch her head with the gloves on, so I kindly asked her to switch her gloves b4 finishing my sandwich... She had a little tude. But she finishes and hands me the sandwich. I am still waiting for my smoothie after everyone else was gone. Now I have been in here about 20-25 minutes. I asked am i next and the girl looks at me and the screen and said, No. Now I am getting extremely frustrated so I say I have been patient with you all taking forever to get my order now I have to wait forever for my stuff and I have to pick up my son. Then the sandwich girl starts cursing and saying we are the only 2 in here working so yoy just need to wait until she gets to you.... A mumbled some other obscene words... Then the guy comes from the baack and yells do you want me to call the manager and get you a refund.... Im like, No. I want my smoothie so i can go!!! So now I have 3 people yelling at me... I yell right back that you are unprofessional and I am the customer who is paying!!!! I finally got my smoothie about 5 minutes later and now will not ever spend another dime at this location. When employees and assistant manager can curse you out and think it's okay, that is definitely a huge problem. I am old enough to be all of their mothers and was extremely disrespected!!!!!

I knew before going inside they weren’t going to have the smoothie bowls available. False advertising! This location sucks lazy workers. Thought I give it a try, but just as expected they were out. Corporate offices should know most of the menu items the customers can’t purchase if they wanted to. Also, the quality of the food is horrible. Tried the sweet potato they have as a side. The sweet potatoes weren’t cooked through. Just disappointing.

Not my home store, but just as delicious! I ordered breakfast. The egg and sausage quadadilla was great and as always, the accompanying smoothie was perfect.Vegetarian options: It is a smoothie place. Get it the way you want it.

I came here on Saturday 3-23-24 and the service was so horrible the staff was the worst ever and I would not recommend my dog to eat here. I plan on reporting this visit to the owner of this tropical smooth. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. They are not worth any starts.

The manager with the short hair has a horrible attitude! I’m a loyal customer and spend money there several times a week, she always has a horrible attitude. Today was the last straw, they have lost my business for good, I will travel the extra 20 minutes to killian rd. She needs to take some customer service training!

Bad experience here. Tomatoes weren't red they were green.iceburg &;spinach they put on salad . Worthless iceberg lettuce.

I really need to start checking google reviews first. I’ve been to several Tropical Smoothies in Baltimore and Chicago but THIS location is very disappointing. This is the first Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to that was dirty and smelled like sewage. Definitely won’t be going to this location again.

Very unprofessional and unclean location. Came in and the manager Savanah didn’t even greet me when walking in. Her greeting was “what are you getting.” I then ordered the chipotle chicken club. When I received the sandwich, the cheese wasn’t melted and the bacon was cold. Savanah fixed my smoothie. She didn’t wash her hands with long nails after taking my payment, nor did she have on a hairnet. When I addressed her about the matter her response was, “do you want a refund or not, I’m not remaking anything.” I did get a refund in cash, although I paid with my card. To be a manager she was very rude, and unprofessional. I also noticed the smoothie area appeared to be very dirty with residue by the station as she fixed smoothies over it. What a bad experience.

When I walked in I was greeted with a puff of smoke from a vape. I thought it was a customer so I payed it no mind till the same girl walked behind the counter and took my order. Not only was she vaping but she was wearing pajamas and no tropical smoothie shirt. For all I know I could’ve walked behind the counter. That’s not where it ends. To top it all off she was on FaceTime me while making my smoothie and it came out chunky with ice like there was no liquid. I did not enjoy my experience and I hope y’all do better. #speaking from the heart!!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Dead roaches at the door, which has a lock on it and trash before you walk in. Tables are all FILTHY, floors are dirty, bathrooms look just as bad. Then there is the food and non-smiling, lazy workers. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap that came with way too much ranch and very little chicken. When I made the manager aware of this they said it would be $2 more to get chicken added. The two young males working there were rude, disinterested and lazy. What a garbage dump that should be closed!! Do not waste your time and money here.

Very ratchet and unprofessional experience. I ordered my selection via the tropical smoothie cafe app and selected curbside. There are no curbside designated areas upon pickup. I called the store to alert them I was there. There was no proper greeting and the employee did not speak in a professional manner. Upon delivering my food, half of my order was missing until the employee needed to be reminded to retrieve it.There is never a real issue with the food, it’s always the customer service. Let’s treat/train people to treat people the way they would like to be treated.

This place hires the rudest attitudes, most inconsiderate childish employees. The worker, Gabe. Whom can’t stay off of his germ infested phone while working (it’s gross to see someone handling/preparing edible products). I’m not sure his name is actually “Gabe” because when I asked him - he literally ignored me (like looked me in my face and walked away and sat down with his friend he had just sitting in the store - that he also had working the register… His friend worked on the business’s cash register!! Wow! He was apparently irritated that I asked him when why when making my smoothie he threw away at least 10%, didn’t tap the cup once, I wasn’t asking for another cup, just give me all of what I paid for- I go there everyday for a $10 smoothie and he is consistently the rudest, unsanitary looking one. When I asked his name again he ignored, got up from just sitting on the side line with his friend and went to the back once he saw I was pulling out my phone to positively identify him to corporate and store management.I really only enjoy the service here when the young ladies are working in the morning but this afternoon was by far a deal breaker for me- my observation has been “Gabe” is lazy/unmotivated to provide even standard customer service and hates his job. Like he could have actually be working & cleaning, sweeping, emptying the overflowing trash cans, or something productive - as the store looked a mess… trash in floors, chairs on tables - except the one he and his friend were occupying, of course.. Well this store has lost a loyal customer as long as “Gabe” is there. And believe me, this location will not be in business much longer hiring such subpar “Gabe” like employees.

They have a 2 star average review for a reason... and corporate just remarks on here with a link that doesn't work. They want to know your name, email, address, telephone and other personal information. No thanks. The staff has attitude problems. They clearly hate their job, which makes me think it's an owner problem of understaffing and under paying. I simply refuse to come here anymore. Clean Juice, Smoothie King, and Panera will have to be my new stop.

Yeah never again messed up my order and then forgot to remake my order literally took my entire hour lunch break sitting in this place don't even bother with this location
