They are proactive, but not to the point of needless costs, they give recommendations and then leave it to you to decide. We’ve never questioned their judgement nor their pricing. “Prompt service, good communication, clean and cozy waiting area, fair pricing as quoted. I had an overheating issue with my 2007 Pacifica that turned out to be a very easy fix. I feel another shop or technician could have easily taken advantage of this situation but Sara thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed and only charged me the diagnostic fee I was quoted since the repair was so simple. Sara and Lynette were very professional and I will be returning to Minnie's for any future car issues.”

“Had a compete radiator failure on my Ram 1500…on a Friday before Easter…at 4pm. Called spinning wrenches and they asked if I could get it on ASAP. Arrived at 4:30, they immediately diagnosed and gave me a quote for the work.
Now I know I was lucky that they had a replacement for me in stock. But at 4:30pm on Friday on a holiday weekend they had me in and out within an hour. Truck was out back together with great attention to detail, and they never made me feel like I was a burden.
