I believe my service advisor was Doug or he goes by Beard.
He paid attention to detail and checked to see if they changed the filter because something got added after. It hadn't been changed. He took it and got a new filter and changed it himself. Very impressive and Iike attention to detail.
I wouldn't have know .
He let me come eaier than I was booked for and had me in and out in an hour , just like he said .

Services on the last day was very good. However this was my third trip to Toyota. We wanted an extra key for our new car, first trip they told me I need it prove of ownership. Since the car is on my wife name I was not able to order the part. Second trip my wife came… they never ask for ownership prove!!! My wife stood there while I did all the talking and buying. Got the part and then they told me I need to schedule a time to get the key working with the vehicle. My third trip, come in and I’m told I need another part in top of the synchronizing.
When I went the first time, they could do told me all that I needed it and an idea of how much would have cost me! I was giving small information in each step of the process!!! I should have got the info and step on my first trip!!! Plus making my wife go up there for them not even request prove of ownership shows me they did not care to look into the issue and help me.

I went and got my car serviced at Toyota as I hadn't been back there in over a year since I bought my SUV from them,and I needed my car checked out for a trip to Florida . Everyone was nice,they did move a little slowly but they were busy too. Overall I got the service my car required and got a deal on the oil change and tire rotation with their current special. I will be back.
