They are way overpriced for basic black and white prints.ETA- the quality of the paper was the same I can get from other places for 1/3 of the cost. I have printed here in the past and the prices were competitive, but not anymore. Also, the expert labor you're referring to is me emailing the document to the store and the associate opening the email and printing in 5 seconds. Also I had to send it via email because the computer was not working and there was no sign saying it was out of order.

Arrived at the location a couple minutes before close time. All lights were off but the door was open with customers inside. The employee stopped helping a customer to come close the door in my face. I had two small boxes in my hand that would have been a simple Amazon return. This store has had many complaints regarding customer service.If anyone arrive at 5:59 they should be serviced. I arrived at 5:56…pushing it I know but closing time is at 6pm. I understand people are ready to get off and customers coming in last minute is aggravating but we all have a job and the employee should have at least finished his job. I drove 15 mins to have the door slammed in my face. I will attempt to drop my packages off tomorrow and make a corporate complaint. Ridiculous.

I’m so disappointed. I have been trying to ship a simple CD to Canada, for the last 2 weeks. After it being returned once (which I’m grateful I received it back) , it was shipped again and the shipping cost even more this time. Upon checking my receipt, there wasn’t a tracking number, only some tax number. I called the location several times and keep being told once the package reaches customs, basically UPS doesn’t know what’s going on. Okay, great. But, why can’t they get me the tracking number? Who else can I contact about this?This buyer has been extremely patient and understanding about the ordeal, but if that CD doesn’t reach him soon- I’m going to look like a liar with no proof! I have never had any issues with UPS before. Another thing, when did it become a thing, to just close the store way before closing hours with no update on your website?Only positive thing I can say is, the young lady up front was very friendly and polite. She tried what she could.

First time ever in this UPS store. I normally go to the Hardscrabble Location. Well let's just say horrible customer experience. Chris Anderson was the only worker there, I entered and said good morning, he said not a word. We were literally inches away from each other, so he heard me. The next customers came he spoke to them. He was very rigidly speaking while assisting me at the counter. He then said I hope you have a good day as if I was the one giving him attitude. Chris needs to be reminded that life is hard, but the way you approach it can make it harder. He needs a refresher course on customer service....horrible. But I hope it gets better for his sake and the customers he encounter today.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences shipping a variety of items over the past year with this UPS Store. I've interacted with the Manager & a number of associates, and they've been nothing but congenial, respectful, & offered insights into the best methods of shipping items (everything from ham radio equipment to various presents to family members)I've always been of the mindset if you treat people with respect, they tend to return that courtesy, I've noticed a few times people come into the store when there were a few people in line before them, & start huffing & puffing because they didn't allow enough time to be tended to (and that's really their fault) Honestly, having moved down here from up north, I thought the southern mindset was far more congenial and friendly, sad to say in some instances, I'm realizing more & more folks down here in the midlands are every bit as discourteous as folks up north, but it's not due to rude personnel at the store, my observations indicate it's due to rude customers who come into the store.

Great service. Timely turn around on the poster printing I had done. The associate named Hunter was very knowledgeable and double checked my order. I’ve also utilized this location for quick mailings for my family items.

Great store with excellent customer service. I use this UPS location frequently, mostly for Amazon returns, and I've never had an issue. Parking during peak hours and on Saturdays can occasionally be a challenge but they're in a strip mall. Convenient, excellent service and friendly staff- you can't go wrong here!
