made an appointment to tour at 2. i was done with another tour early, and asked if i could tour at 1 or 1:30, which didn’t work and is totally understandable. sat in the lot for an hour and waited. walk in at 2, office locked with a “out for lunch” sign. sat for 20 mins, nobody came. called 7 times, no answer or the call center for the leasing company. i finally leave, and the office manager is outside chit chatting w somebody. he also knew i had an apt, bc he was the one who told me it had to be at 2 still. definitely not worth your time. literally wasted AN HOUR AND A HALF SITTING HERE. i came back in the office after i saw him walk in to ask if that was the right place, he said yes, picked up an attitude and goes “well yeah i tried to talk to you outside you looked upset” dude when??. and why would i not be. save yourselves the freaking trouble!

Ofcourse before you rent a place you look at reviews. I'm surprised at a few bc I have had nothing but an amazing experience. Mary is not only compassionate but professional as well as Jay. They have helped me in my situation. There are so many layouts and I am beyond thrilled in mine. My dogs are happy with the grounds and enjoy sunbathing on the huge balcony, the grounds are kept immaculate and as to be expected with high rise apartments and condos there are sometimes issues with the laundry but there is another one to use in the other building. It's convenient to all food and shopping and it's super quiet and peaceful and most of all it's so safe here and the neighbors are amazing. Out of all places I looked this was NOT a hard decision. So if you are looking for a fresh start and enjoy the high rise life then the towers at forest acres is the spot. I've been here a couple weeks and I'm all smiles everyday. Hands down best decision I've made! Please come check it out and see for yourself and also remember it's a lifestyle and you make it your own. So definitely come check out these high rises bc you won't be disappointed.

One of the mistakes I made was not to get a tour of the apartment before I moved in. I was living in a BETTER environment in my country. The overall environment needs MAJOR work. Roaches are everywhere crawling all over your food and plates and they don’t seem to go away. Sometimes the place smells really awful. The carpet in the hall ways needs to be vacuumed. There are 6 washing machines and I went to wash this morning and 3 of them had in dirty water. I believe people should get their monies worth. The people are friendly/nice. The place is also peaceful.

For some reason my review wasn’t showing up. It’s ok because my photos are. The proof is in the photos, roaches everywhere and everyday. I create a detailed website and I will post it in the google reviews soon. Save your self time, money, and stress.Update: I would like to say this apartments complex management team has know about the roach infestation for over a month. Sending the bug company every once in awhile doesn't fix the massive roach problem your building has. You are not consistent with treatments and I have been spending a lot of money to do the treatments you have not. Also I was informed that a lot of your tenets homes are nasty, which is probably why im having to deal with this problem even though my apartment is clean. DON'T PRETEND LIKE YOU CARE OR YOU ARE TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM because I pay my rent and you can't even give me a clean safe home. My review website on this apartment complex will provide a lot more information once I have finished it. Never thought I would see the day where I would have to create a whole website to review an apartment complex but it's coming.

So I moved in about 2 weeks ago. Would I say the apartments are perfect no,but I got clean appliances, new bedroom carpet and fresh paint when I moved in. I have had some roaches I must say, however, it hasn't been to the point I can't combat them. I guess me being from the south and.not knowing how other people live, I expect a few here or there, I just got my boric ant and roach killer and just showing who is boss. They have fixed the East building box, so I feel safer. The staff is amazing. Again are these perfect...NO...do I wish there was a better pest control...yes...but for the price and utilities included. I am okay.

You should NOT live here. You probably deserve better. I believe I do. The management tries very hard and are very nice but they do not have resources to meet client's needs. I am currently sitting in my apartment that has black mold in the kitchen the air-conditioning is not working (SET AT 70 BUT TEMPERATURE IS 83 DEGREES), I am unable to use my dishwasher because it is broken and that is after having a new one installed 2days ago and waiting almost a month for them to fix the original one. the front box is not working and therefore anyone can come into the building. It is not safe for residents. It is in a good area but very unfair to have all of these issues and pay roughly 1400 per month.

I lived at the Biltmore when I was stationed at Ft. Jackson for 5 years. This is a wonderful place to live. There was never any noise from a rude neighbor. The tenants are respectful of each other. The staff treated the tenants very well. I had a poolside apartment and a balcony away from Beltline Blvd, so never any street noises to deal with. I totally recommend this complex.

I honestly wouldn’t even live here if I was dead. There are constant issues, some residents don’t even have a door on their mailbox after multiple complaints. Who knows if I have received mail because I should have had a mailbox door before I even moved in. The main door to get to the apartment was messed up for weeks and it took way longer than it should to have been fixed. Apartment wasn’t ready when moved in, there is even trash from the maintenance trying to get it together on the balcony. Constant bugs and they seem to get worse when they say that pest control is available.Air is broken in apartment and ask me has their been any urgency to fix it except a giant air conditioner in the middle of my floor that is attached to my window by duct tape with bugs constantly coming in. Addressing the office in person and even through a detailed email gets you no where just how they will address this review. They do have a little dog park that I would rather live at instead.

The Management staff at The Towers at Forest Acres are Incredible and they always provide top tier service. They are always prompt and willing to assist in anyway possible. This is a plus along with the amenities of being a quiet and tranquil community you will enjoy being in close vicinity to so many great stores and shops!

Military coming to Fort Jackson, I have been here for just over a month now, and have absolutely enjoyed the place. Moving in was easy and fast, and the management is super helpful and works with you to meet your needs, and is very military friendly. The building is older and isn’t in perfect shape, but they do a good job keeping it up and are quick to respond to maintenance orders. Pet friendly with some breed restrictions. It’s in a good, easy to get in and out of location, and there’s always enough parking. Saved the best for last - the rent includes all your utilities (except internet) and is incredibly competitive for the place. So far so good, living here is great!

Although I didn't end up leasing here due to location preferences, Mary was very sweet, answered all my questions, and followed through via email, text, and phone. Great price and rent special is what got me interested in the first place (1 month free for 1 bed/1 bath). Application fee is a bit much though. You have to pay $150 admin fee & $50 application fee. In my opinion, that's a lot to fork over just for an application and a big loss if you choose to go with another option.

Lived here for 6 months while at school on fort Jackson. Loved this community. It is developed and diverse(black, white, richer, poorer, families and singles, young and old) and everyone got along pretty well. They have a local farmer who comes by every week and sells produce. they have fantastic common areas with a gym, meeting space and pool. the grounds are beautiful with 50 year old pines, magnolias and shrubs. On top of it all, this place is super affordable compared to a lot of newer developments with similar amenities. The biltmore is a rare gem in a world of McMansion wannabes and gentrification\segregation. There are bugs, I think I kill a cockroach at the rate of 2 a month, but it is under control and you can tell there is a plan to get it under control, but it's a 50 year old building so there are a lot of nooks and crannies.Update: I’ve now lived here for 2 and a half years. It seems to me a lot of the problems of this place have been left to Rot and the upsides are decreasing. The pool maintenance has gotten worse as time goes on, people smoke even more in the stairways, they can’t seem to keep anyone in the front office, and the owners keep spending money on silly projects like ripping out old trees instead of having door handles be repaired or security be addressed. Water is turned off for “emergency repairs” near every week. On top of that rent has gone up 8% so the affordability is not there as much. If you are just PCSing here temporarily and can deal with the overly sensitive fire alarms and apathetic staff(which to be fair isn’t more apathetic than others) then it’s still a good deal. But this building is not living up to its potential and the CEO of the company that owns this place should pick through its operations with a fine toothed comb if they want to get some easy wins.
