This is not a gated community. The main door for one of the apartment buildings had a broken lock and lacked secured entry for over one month. Did not feel comfortable walking outside. There is a community of homeless nearby in the woods adjacent. My car was broken into. Pets pee in the elevator. Common carpets are in bad shape even after cleaning. I moved out early and admin refused to release me from my rental agreement.

Well I had scheduled a tour and it was a confirmed appointment. My sister and I spent 3hrs driving to come check this place out since she’s relocating to the area. The area seemed decent but once we walked into the leasing office. We weren’t greeted right away and waited. Then this lady (TOREYA SMITH) without greeting herself properly decides to approach us with not only attitude but the way she starred at my sister and I up and down. As my sister starred back the same way TOREYA decided to do the same thing again. Instead of being welcoming and friendly she asked can I help you with something and we explained our appointment and immediately says oh well we don’t have anything available and idk why you have a scheduled appointment when there isn’t any to be shown and we wouldn’t have accepted the scheduled appointment. However clearly someone in the officer her or the actual property manager confirmed it which I have email proof of confirmation and a voicemail that I had left. She didn’t even bother to get our names down or anything but have a significant amount of attitude. I’m not sure as to why she had so much attitude. My sister and I were dressed in all white and I had a designer Burberry handbag with me which she kept staring at! but cmon girl it’s not like that matters to us but clearly to you it did. Not my fault you dressed less classy or stylish then us! You should definitely not work in this field if your going to judge someone by their looks. If anything you should be the one being judge.

There is nothing luxurious about this apartment complex!! I am so embarrassed when visitors come over and have to walk down the THILTHY HALLWAYS!! The carpets need to be pulled and replaced, there is garbage debris left in the hallways for weeks! But they want to charge an arm and leg for rent!! Totally unacceptable!

This apartment complex is nice on the inside, but they do not enforce their own rules. I’ve had a continuous issue that I’ve spoken with management about on several occasions and they refuse to address it…this is a no smoking facility yet, weed travels all through my apartment throughout the vents, it’s so bad I’ve gotten sick on many occasions. They will not speak with the occupants, but want me to inconvenience myself and move. Do not live here if your job does drug test until they decide to fix the issue, not one email has been sent out to let occupants know to smoke outside, not in the living quarters since my complaint. The curiosity officers are pointless and just here to enforce the pool rules. I will be seeking legal action upon me searching for a new place to reside.

Pros: Apartment complex looks new on the outside and rent is cheaper than most other apartments in the area.Cons: Management is a nightmare to deal with any issue. The manager, Jennifer Kemp, was absolutely the most frustrating and childish person to deal with. Very unprofessional, persnickety, and rude. Another major issue was the car break-ins were constant and management did nothing (expected). Nobody seemed to pick up after their pets so the property was covered in pet waste. There was constantly trash in the hallways and in the stairwells. Not military friendly and should be on the Off-Limits list for Ft Jackson and Shaw AFB.If you're new to the area or looking for another place to move to in Columbia do yourself a favor and look for other places to rent. I couldn't wait for the lease to end so I could find a better place with competent management and less crime.

The Roseberry, is the best keep secret in Columbia SC. The Roseberry Apartments are located in the northeast area, close to stores, restaurants, movies, barbershop, hair salon and gas stations. The beautiful grounds, pool, washer&dryer included, free cable. The staff was amazing , this is still my #1 choice of apartments. Hidden, in plain sight!

We came and looked at the Roseberry apartments and Yoelyne was the one who created and helped us through the process. She made the whole process so enjoyable and smooth. We had issue with other apartments but Yoelyne helped us on all points. Thank you so much for your help with the process and getting approved for the Roseberry. I can’t wait to move in!

I’ve lived at the Roseberry the last 2.5 years and I couldn’t be happier with it. The property is beautiful and the maintenance staff are polite and fix any (rare) issues I have in a timely manner. The office staff are very helpful and plan fun social events for the residents. Great place for anyone looking for a new home!

Wow! This place is amazing. There are so many things to say that set the community apart. The cool architecture of the buildings, the beautiful clubhouse with the grand piano and the pool are my favorites. The management team is wonderful and I would like to say Alex is maintenance in great! I love ❤️ the rose garden. They even encourage us to clip them to enjoy in our apartment.

I'd have to say kimberly is by far the best leasing agent I've come across. She answered all my questions and didn't feel like I was bothering her during the tour.

Don't waste your time or bother, I stayed here for little over 1 year because they force you to give a 60 days notice before you can move out and then they will add an additional 300$ to 400$ on top of your rent if you want to do month to month. The management staff is rude and have no customer service skills. If you live in the front of the building, parking is terrible, if you are not home by 4:30pm you won't have a park if you stay in the front of the building then the staff have the nerve to complain if you park in one of the electric parking spots, apartment layout is poorly design. If you don't flush the toilet for a while black dew start building up in the toilet. In my review this may be the worst place I ever stayed. Don't be fool by the name or view. Just look at all the other reviews that are 1 star. After I moved out the management staff had the nerve to call me and ask if I was going to pay for professional cleaning when I clean everything in the apartment. This place is terrible with the management..

I recently moved out due to noise that was never addressed only by calling a courtesy officer. Called and talked to the front office there is nothing that can be done, you are supposed to just deal with it by calling a courtesy officer. No further steps can be taken they aren’t going to do anything else. So basically you are paying rent to deal with noise after dark hours. This is people living below me making this noise banging on their ceiling. The staff wasn’t helpful at all basically copped an attitude telling me what do you want us to do about it. How about your flipping job. No person should have to deal with these types of things paying over $1500 in rent.

I slipped and fell on a stomp at the Roseberry and nothing done. Their insurance only paid the med pay $10,000 and I have over 20,000 in bills due to my concussion and knee injury. After the injury was reported the adjuster took a month to come look at where the injury occurred.
