Took two vehicles in this past friday. First one an oil change they did a complimentary tire rotation and wash while I waited and It was only $49. First impression was good (the reason I gave 3 stars and not less). I go home drop off my first car get my second car and bring it down. This one is a tire repair and oil change. I tell them i can drop it off for a few hours just need it back before 4:00. 3:00 comes around and havent heard anything so figure I should call and check in on the vehicle. Kristy answers the phone and says they got busy and didnt get to it yet they will call me as soon as its done. Never got a phone call. My car sat there all weekend. I call on Monday morning to find out what happened. Kristy tells me she left early on friday but the vehicle is done. Never got any phone call about it. Then I get there to pick up my vehicle and its $175 for an oil change and wiper blades. Shocked at the extreme price difference. I asked her to break it down as she never quoted me for any service nor got authorization for a repair amount. She said the synthetic oil change is $100. Now I have worked in shops all over the country for the past 20 years. $100 isnt out of the ordinary for a synthetic oil change. I have charged over $200 (with proper authorization and signatures)for oil changes on certain cars in certain markets. But never have synthetic oil changes been double that of a standard. You can litteraly get a synthetic oil change for $50 5 minutes away. I felt a little taking advantage of with the second vehicle. I expected since the tire ended up not needing to be fixed I would be around $125 figuring the synthetic oil change should be around $79.99 based on market pricing and the cost of the standard, the process doesnt change the oil is just a couple dollars more per qt but not $10 more per qt. I can buy 5 qts of royal purple racing oil for $37. I believe their was terrible communication. The invoice states they washed and vacuumed the second car however its just as dirty as when I dropped it off and definitely not vacuumed. Additionaly, I know the second vehicle needs brakes front and rear I plan on doing them in the next couple weeks. I intentionally did not mention this as I was checking to see if I could trust this shop. No mention of brakes that are delaminating and brake pads roughly 1-2/32 in thickness. Thats a safety concern. That should of been something that I was made aware of. They rotated my tires, is the technician incompetent and not see the brakes are low and delaminating while they were 6 inches from his face? Did the technician write the report and Kristy just failed to notify me? Kristy definitely needs some training to become a better advisor. Communication is the most important part of that position and I dont feel as if she possesses the proper communication skills to be an efficient advisor.Services: Auto detailing

Always fast, awesome service! Same-day repair and such a quick turnaround. Their pricing is also very competitive. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back in the future!

This is a family-owned business that treats their customers as they would their own family. They are fast and efficient but they are also thorough. That battery drain your technician missed? They would have found it and had it taken care of. Check engine light that continue to come back after taking it to the shop again and again? Nope. There are times I have had to drive it for a few so I can show them how it acts up but they tell me to take it right back and they FIX.THE.PROBLEM. They also stand behind their work 100%. I have heard them ask their technicians "You have to treat each one like family. Act like this is your mom/dad/daughter/son's car if you must because we keep our customer's safe". And you just can't beat that type of personal car for your vehicle.Services: Brakes

I took my volvo in for a transmission replacement job. They replaced and it ran great. I found out later that there are bolts missing since the techs performed service on this car. If it weren't for me being able to do many small repairs on my own vehicles, I would never have found these mistakes. I paid too much for their service to be jipped like that. I also found that the coolant level was very low after they had their hands on my car.I would not recommend this place to anyone.Service: Transmission

I took my vehicle here due to the ac not blowing cold. I was charged ged for the diagnosis which was fine. Things went wrong when my vehicle was not correctly diagnosed and the problem continued. It was a Friday so I went the whole weekend with my ac still not working. I took my car back that Monday and left it over night again for them to do the diagnosis and this time the problem is something else. I honestly felt my car was not diagnosed correctly the first time causing an Inconvenience to me being without my vehicle and they Charged me to “fix “ something that was not the actual issue. I called to see about getting some of my money back and the Manager Amy was very rude and hung up on me. I do not think this is how I should have been treated. Never again

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I had a buzzing sound in my car while I was driving, and the mechanics at Team 1 told me I had problems with both front wheel bearings, with an estimate of $1800 to fix, and that it would take at least a day. This seem incredibly high, so I decided to get a second opinion at Express Oil, where I have had a lot of luck in the past. They told me that $1800 would be reasonable if they were replacing ALL wheel bearings. After performing a test drive, however, they informed me that the front bearings were fine - it was a bearing on the back tire that was bad, and they could replace it for $300. I happily agreed, and my car now sounds great.

The owner Jared Jensen is a compassionate man. I've seen him fix a car and let the owner make installment payments for bigger jons

Jared Jensen I probably the most honest man I know. I didn't worry when I took my car there that I would end up having work one that was unnecessary. He worked me in quickly and finished checking it fast. I would most definitely recommend Team 1 Automotive !!

Team 1 has done great work on our vehicles everytime. It is hard to find an honest auto repair shop, and they are one of them. I highly recommend this shop over any shop here in town. Thank you Team 1 for all you have done!

Been coming to these folks for years. They will treat you like family, treat your car like it is their own. During my visits there I have seen them give the same care to hooptys (which is mine) and luxury cars.
