The shop was one of the best I've dealt with in 12 years of driving. Tire repair. In And out pretty quick the people in the shop are great. I may have got them on a good night.but IL take it!! Thanks !

Take it from a career trucker, hands down the Best SEC biscuit on all of I 20 came from here. Cashiers were incredibly kind too!

I had to wait until the cashier came back from lunch to buy something. What kind of business is this. Either they have to raise their pay or higher better managers to run the location better. 99 plumbers rd Columbia SC. Horrible staff at the parts department.

No coffee at this location was told to leave when I caught the cashier over charging me and questioned it would give less than 1 star if I could I will never stop my truck an t/a again they are thieves

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the very nice lady who was so patient and very kind to me. She even made sure I had what I needed before I could ask. I believe her name is Mae but I could be wrong. She was just wonderful. She deserves a raise or a shoutout, she deserves to be noticed. You are awesome

Went there to get a tire changed and they got me in and out in no time...was not expecting that from a TA thanks for the fast service and a special thanks to philly, Demetrius and the veteran tech I forgot his name..so if you need something done go holla at them!!!!

I called this TA over an hour ago. I told them my driver needed new brakes. Demetrius told me, "Yes, ma'am, bring the truck right in. There's no one waiting." So I have my driver drive over an hour to this location for them to tell him NO ONE IS THERE TO FIX THE BRAKES???????? I'm like, you literally just told me to bring it right in. I told you it would be an hour, and Demetrius and whoever else was in the background is like -_- yeaahhhhh weelll the tech wont be here until 4:00 PM. SIR! IT IS 10 AM! I could have had my driver go somewhere else, OR YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME- Your driver can bring in his truck, but the tech won't be here until 4:00 PM. I mean are you really kidding me. Does money and time grow on trees to the service dept. at the TA?? OMG how inconsiderate, unprofessional, and ridiculous is this?!?! And this ladies and gentlemen is why I try my best to AVOID this place, but it had been a year or two since I've sent one of my drivers here, so I figured I'd give it chance. Same TA and same problems. Only come here if you want to waste your driver's time and your time. 1 STAR since that's the LOWEST Google allows me to give, but if there was an option for ZERO, that would be my choice. AWFUL!

I fuel alot at ta and use other services as well but definitely not this one anymore atleast the shop anyway. I stopped today for a service and to get my power steering looked at but they didn't want to do anything except sit in the office and talk to each other. Not to mention it was nasty dirty. What ever happened to the saying I grew up with ( time to lean time to clean ).☹️☹️☹️

Philly and the man who inspected my truck did a great job. Both ladies at the desk were very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions,ngot me in in there as soon as possible, and the tech was very professional and got me out of there as soon as possible ...couldn't have been better

One of the worst T/A's on the road. No coffee, no cash advance, no nothing. Register area smells like mary Jane, employees don't give af about anything. Just there putting their time in to collect a check.

It is one of the worst TA I have ever been in. TA as general have bad up keep system, but this one is filthy. I found dirt and trash in cold food fridge, counter are dusty, floor is dirty,
Customer service is nasty with their attitude and world. There is this big fat black lady working at night, she has no regard to customers or the image/reputation of the business. IT IS JUST A NASTY PLACE TO BE.
I came hungry, I left with my appetite close because the filth and the nasty customer service. Did bother to buy a thing.

Truck service counter not helpful at all , lazy and act like didn’t care customer at all , suppose to pay attention to get things done but paid attention to the movie series . No work no truck to work o, suppose to call me in but nope ! I had to came in ad asked him when you gonna work on my truck and he was like “oh”

I would like to say thank you for the great service. Security guy 6.24.24 was top notch
He found a reserved parking spot for me. I made a reservation online and someone already took that place with no pay.
Well sometimes it happens but the driver's attitude was too rude and dangerous. Security had to call to police to make sure that all people were safe there.
