I have been going to this shop for a while. I don’t have any fancy 27 speed bike that requires a spandex jumpsuit to ride. I’m fat,covered in tattoos and enjoy riding my zooz electric bikes with my kid. I have had three bikes serviced here and three sets of tires installed. The older gentleman is always a tad salty but hey he’s earned it so I over look it and carry on. Today oh boy today I have just had enough. The worker younger gentleman watched us unload a heavy A$$ e-bike after calling and asking if they had time to fix it. I always call out of respect. I send the young men in to try to handle the service on their own and let them know they need a chain link removed and new tube plus full service if possible. I wait a bit because I’m in no mood for salty today it’s hot. After a while I go in and this guy reminds me of a skinny comic book guy from the Simpsons tv show. Just a straight up A hole. I’m like look bud I don’t care what it costs can you fully service the bike fix whatever this kid is asking for and give me a bill. The attitude is basically he’s doing me a favor by completing the tasks. Brick and mortar small businesses are closing down daily guys. Learn some respect and customer appreciation. I know most humans suck and times are tough but don’t continue to act this way to customers supporting your business. You did loose a great customer today who truly cares for small businesses I own two. You can’t continue with these type attitudes it will kill it every time.

Just picked up my first bike in about ten years and it was a great experience. Henry was knowledgeable and helpful, got me set up with everything I needed and didn’t try to push any specific products. Shop is pretty out of the way for me but I’ll definitely be back.

Great local shop! I always love chatting with Will and Henry. One of the few shops that will fix your bike on the spot if they have the time. Brought my wheel in with one bent and broken spokes and Henry knocked it out while I waited. That's awesome service in my book!
