Only left 1 star so I could write a review. Told me it was unsanitary to make my food while they were cleaning just bc they were ready to get off. I got there 9:30 they close at 10. Mind u it was a girl/boy making them a meatball sandwich as she was saying this. How is it unsanitary to make my food but u making yours?

This place is always close before 10 Pm.I went to this place April 11,2024 at 9:48 pm. I was told they were only taking online order. (TO THE MANGER PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!)The young lady with the box braids was very rude to me! I will never get a sub from this SUBWAY ever again!

Will not be goin back there again. I ordered online while I was in the store to watch how they make my food. I watch the whole process and they don’t care at all about online orders. The lady that was working on March 2nd in the morning is a awesome person.. stopped to eat lunch with my grandson and ended up having car problems while leaving... had to get towed.. she was a sweetheart during the whole ordeal.Thank you for being so kind and the subs were great!

I ordered my food online and I sat there for 30 minutes still waiting on my food. While I am waiting they are busy in the front with 2 employees trying to get to them as fast as they can but all I can hear is a baby in the back screaming their head off. I finally see a 3rd employee come up saying she’s about to leave and the truck is up while they have a line of customers and people waiting on online orders. I’m lucky my job doesn’t mind if I’m back late for lunch but it’s not right to have other people waiting. I understand truck and prep needs to be done but when you have a line of people trying to get back to work before their lunch hour is up come on do better. I will be going to a different subway for now on.

For the most part the service is good but there are occasions when you walk in you can sense the attitude that they don't want to serve you. I think because it's a low volume restaurant they anticipate just sitting there chilling and playing on their phone making easy money. So when they get customers that have the attitude like we are bothering them. Expect service but not necessarily with a smile.

I BOUGHT A SUB HERE AND THE BREAD WAS HARD AS A ROCK I WONDER WHY SHE PULLED THE CHEESE OFF THE BREAD LIKE THAT SHE KNEW SHE GAVE ME SOME OLD BREAD. I DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT SHE'S THE HEAVY SET LADY THAT HAD ON GLASS I DIDN'T EAT THE SUB MA'MA, I PUT IT WHERE IT BELONGS IN THE TRASH..
