My wife ordered me 2 watch bands to replace the original band that came with the watch…. I told her I needed the bigger one, higher millimeters. I was wrong! So she said stop by Staples to return them to Amazon and she texted me 2 QR codes. I thought this sounded Crazy, but I did what she said anyway :-) I walked right up to the counter and a new employee, Jaden, said, “Yep, she’s correct” lol and it took him maybe 30 seconds for him to scan them in and print my receipt and show me the 15% staples coupon that came from just using them to ship the items from Amazon back to the sender.
Jaden did a completely awesome job explaining it, showing me the coupon and getting me out of the door so I can go home and deal with my internet outage. ?. Thanks and great job. .

Unfriendly employees at this disorganized & dirty location. I felt weird asking any questions because the workers looked like they hated me just for being there.

The Best! This team will go out of the way to help customers as much as they can. the Staples corporation doesn't always make it easy for them with their weird corporate policies;-but I can assure you, this store is managed and operated daily by people who actual care. I have been using this store for my print needs for several years now and I have never been disappointed. Go in with good service and you'll leave having been served well. At pickup of an invitation order, there was a red border around the invites that was not on the proof. They offered a redo; the following day, much of the decorative border on the proof had been cut off. Disappointing and a hassle; will reprint elsewhere.

Arrived at 5:20 and waited just to be told that the printers were shutdown for the night. I could understand if they was closing at 5:30… but a whole 40 minutes before is crazy.

I went to pick an online print order. Jessica G. In the print shop noticed that my poster needed trimming. She got my print work squared away quickly and I was on my way. I'd definitely visit this location again.

Did you know Staples took Amazon returns? Did you know Staples take passport pictures? Yes, customer service can be a whole lot better. Besides that, one issue with customer service. Staples is more than an office supply place to shop. They provide services that make life easy and amazing products. The prices may be a little pricey it is worth it when you have quality products. My feedback is on customer service, and the 5 star will return. By greeting, talking to your customer with a smile not an attitude.

I usually get good service here but today the young that claimed he was a manager has a horrible attitude..When I ordered the business cards on line it said it would be done by 7:30pm.. I get there I got nothing but Cameron bad attitude most like he was ready to go home..but that's no excuse..In the past you guys called to let me know that your behind and my order won't be done today.. Cameron said its not his issue that my order wasn't ready and I should have called before I came for a order that was set to be picked up same day..Hey Staples.. how about notification that our orders won't be ready in time.. thats way better than having a slack attitude to customers when your not performing..

The prices are steeeeep, no wonder this company is going down as a whole. One scanner was down and the other kept getting jammed so I just took everything out and left. The female employee in the printing area was helpful, but the male working with her just stood around while four people waited to be helped/just ask a question.

I needed to scan 1 page to email and print 2 pages. i called to get their email address to send the 2 pages for print. I was told there was one worker who wouldn't have time to print for me, but I could use the self-serve (I'm 63 and had a child with me). it took about 20 minutes to figure out how to scan. Then, for about 30 minutes I tried to figure out how to print my 2 pages while the employee watched me. Finally, in tears, I asked her to Please help Me. A few minutes later we were done but I was there for over 45 minutes just to get this done. Office Depot never turns me down, but I have to drive to Dutch Square, so next time that's what I'll do.

Very disappointed today with the customer service received in the print shop. I ordered 500 postcards before the 2pm deadline for same day pickup. An associate called me at 4:07pm and indicated the order was too large for her to complete and could it wait until tomorrow. I indicated no because I need them before I an early morning flight. She offered partial order and I agreed to half. She was very nice and asked if I wanted her to remove a white area she noted on the cards and I said sure that would be great. I then let her know that I would pick up half at closing and the other half next week. She said ok. I get to the store just now and no order. They call the young lady that called me earlier and she stated that there was an issue with the order with the white line that she couldn't fix so she sent it off. This is not an excuse because I could care less about the white border I just needed these cards to take with me. Just like she called me to tell me she couldn't complete the full order she should have called me back and let me know that even half wasn't feasible. At least I could have sent them somewhere else. Staff on-site that had to handle was nice and understanding from both sides because it was nothing either of us could do. I hate bad customer service and improper follow up.

I went to staples to run a last minute errand and the manger was so helpful, caring, and committed to my needs. He saved the day!! I will forever be grateful to him. Thank you Khalil! He is best manger. Staples is lucky to have him.
