I currently rent an office suite from Spring Valley storage and rentals. Mr. Jim has the best personality and attitude. His customer service is amazing and if he could teach a class on customer service the world would be better. Thank you Mr. Jim for being a great person!!

Jim was so prompt, getting me a storage unit on such short notice when I needed one. Rented the unit for a year. Closing out my unit was just as easy. Just a phone call.

This place is a hidden gem. I work in a service profession and have been looking for a centrally-located facility that is ADA compliant, clean, and affordable to enable me to provide services to the community. I happened to drive by this building one day and saw their sign advertising office space. From my first conversation with the manager, Jim, I felt comfortable that this was the place I needed to settle. He is extremely helpful, and he patiently answered many questions that I had. He is courteous, listens well, is attentive to detail, and overall is professional. I was also able to view a storage unit, and it was clean and well-lit. The facility is secure and under surveillance. The entire building appears well-maintained, and anyone should feel comfortable there. I'm very glad that I found this facility, and I anticipate being a long-term customer. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Spring Valley Storage is awesome! Great location, very clean facility and lots of great amenities. In addition the Manager Jim is amazing!1 He is always so nice and extremely helpful. If you need a storage location Spring Valley is perfect!

Jim, the Manager, personifies "Customer Service" in every way! He is helpful and ready with and answer or a solution to your needs. Everything is clean, neat, and represents a professional atmosphere. The absolute best place in Columbia, SC.
