Went in there to ask for an estimate and was immediately met with well who you got insurance with they usually ask for the estimate. I’m like I’m gonna pay for it out of my pocket once they heard that he said all you need to make an appointment. Had an attitude and was very rude with not recommend this place to anyone. And I have a great idea of why I was treated that way. Sad it’s 2024 and people still have that way of thinking.

The service was amazing! I was kept up to date on the repair of my vehicle from start to finish. I will certainly use Car Star again if needed .

They did a fantastic job repairing my car. Everyone there was very nice answered all of my questions. I got my card back quickly and it looks perfect. I would definitely recommend using them.

In SC there are long waits for car repairs no matter where you go. This location was organized and scheduled repair as soon as their schedule would allow. Once dropped off as scheduled, updates provided and repair completed on time. This is 2nd vehicle I have used this business for. Recommend!!

Went to see if trim could be reapplied. The tech or whomever he was told me it needed to replaced, even though it was a new trim that I purchased. He asked me who put it on the first time, and I told him the people who painted my car. He then insulted my paint job and told me to take it back to them to put it on. I definitively would not recommend this business just based on the interaction.

I was referred to this by State Farm. Thinking twice about sending my car here seeing a lot of bad reviews. Not happy already with waiting 2 weeks just to get my car in the shop.Has anyone else had any issues like this what’s the usual turn around time?
