I cannot say enough kind things about this place. My sweet girl LOVES Dr. Gardner, and so do I! My sweet girl can be a little spicy, but they love her just the same. Every single staff member is so kind, and SO helpful! I ask a lot of questions, but they never tire of them (lol). 10/10!

All of the staff and Dr. Megan are absolutely wonderful. My husband and I had to make a tough decision in regards to our precious kitty. They could have not been more kind, patient, compassionate, and understanding. I appreciate the honesty that we received as well for our situation. I personally want to thank Sue at the front desk for getting us in ASAP and again to the team for making a horrible day so much easier. Thank you.

Great experience! Dr. Megan and staff are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Megan did more for my cat with seizures in 10 minutes than our previous vet did ever. And for a lot less money. I greatly appreciate that the billing is completely transparent. I don't consider it upselling at all. I look at it as I don't know what my pet might need and they are offering what they, in their professional capacity, would recommend. We, as the pet parents, have the ability to pick and choose as our finances allow. I will be transferring all of my pets to this vet immediately. Thank you Spring Valley!

I have been a fan of Dr. Gardner for years and started coming to SVAH when she moved there. I have also had the pleasure of working with Dr. Megan multiple times and both of them are caring, kind and you can tell they love what they do.I will never forget the kindness shown when Dr. Megan did a house call a few years ago to help my stepfather's anxious, elderly pup pass. Service like that is priceless! On top of all of that, the staff is wonderful. From the front desk to the vet techs. I can't recommend SVAH enough.

Cannot say enough about this practice and the vets. We have been seeing Dr. Cara Gardner for 8 years, and came with her to this practice. It was a good move. She and Dr. Megan have provided not only outstanding care for all of our babies (those we have had to say goodbye to, and those we have welcomed to our family), but they have taken great care of our whole family (furless two-legged types, too)! We are immensely grateful for their heart and dedication to their patients. The whole practice exhibits the quality and kindness you would hope to have in a medical team. We feel like they are a part of our family, and we are a part of theirs. Thank you, SVAH. You’re the best!

I have been bringing my dog to this vet for a couple of years now but am no longer going to be a client with this business. In all of my years owning dogs I have never had a place nickel and dime so much or make me feel like I’m at a car dealership trying to sell me more services every single visit. When I make an appointment for 2 shots and expect 2 shots, I should not have my mouth drop open when the vet assistant says we have $861.00 worth of services that we can give your dog today and they act like it’s all great and normal to do this. And this happens every time with the upsell. I have told them more than once the breed of my dog and yet they kept inputting incorrectly and only finally got it right when I got frustrated about it. They also had my dogs records from the beginning which clearly states she is chipped. Well, I was offered that service again at a ridiculous charge then after I told the vet assistant she had it, she then said well we can scan her and put her in our records for x amount of money. Nickel and dime. Anyone can see her information when that chip is scanned but yet they wanted to charge me for it . The cost just for an office visit at this location is not cheap either. Not to mention, in my opinion the doctors are not very friendly especially the guy. It’s not hard to treat people well. When I told the front desk person they had lost me as a client, she didn’t even ask why or care to speak. That right there speaks volumes about that business. Good riddance.

Absolutely wonderful and kind staff. The vet herself was super sweet, and worked well with the pup I brought in. She was knowledgeable of the breed being prone to stones and treated accordingly. Definitely recommend. EDIT: Originally mixed up their vaccine policy with another vet. They do offer all vaccines!

The doctors at SVAH have been amazing for all the years I have been bringing my furry family to them. They discuss treatments and explain pricing very clearly and have an amazing team of techs and office staff to help with all your pet care needs.

The vets and staff at this place are very, friendly, knowledge, and not judgmental at all. For instance, when my dog had an allergy that looked bad they fixed it right away and did not make me feel bad, when I brought in a kitten found in a dumpster they did not accuse me of underfeeding it, and when my dogs missed their annual check up because I was in the hospital, they just got it done without guilting me. Getting an appointment is usually fast and the wait time there pretty short. I will say it's not the cheapest or most expensive option and no they never remember my pets personally, but they are nice and gentle. App is also good. Parking right off two notch is tricky and there are few spaces but it's flat and close to the door.

I brought my 5 month old fur baby in today to get her established with a vet so that she will have a place when needed and also so we can get her spayed. Gia is like my baby and you don’t think someone who does not know her to treat her as you do. I was soooo wrong! Dr. Megan and the nurses were so sweet and loving towards Gia. They were patient and explained her care/treatment and costs. It was just amazing. From checking in to checking out , it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!!!

They genuinely care about our dog and it shows when he is excited just to be there. The treatments and attention goes beyond our expectations. Blaze was totally at home at Spring Valley Animal Hospital.

Prices are reasonable and the staff is amazing. I’m glad my partner and I chose this as our primary care for our dog.
