They need more employees here basically there is only one gentleman working while the young lady is just sitting on her phone it’s ridiculous no great customer service either .

I was returning my equipment for the internet. There was no line. I handed the associate the equipment. She put the code into the system, printed my receipt. It took less than five minutes.

Spectrum Business: The Poor Customer Service I Experienced todaySmall businesses rely on quality customer service; Spectrum Business needs to understand this. I recently visited this Spectrum Business location in search of something specific. While the store was accommodating and welcoming, the customer service I experienced left a bitter taste in my mouth. The young lady who was helping me was chewing and sucking on some chocolate-covered peanuts, and the smell was still embedded in my memory. This was incredibly unprofessional and obnoxious. I believe Spectrum's employees should be encouraged to take their lunch breaks away from the workplace and stop multitasking while on the job.I don't think I'll be returning to this store any time soon. There was no effort to make me feel welcome or respected as a customer. No matter how small or basic the sale, I should have been treated as if I had made a large, complicated purchase. Small business owners also deserve their business to be taken seriously. Spectrum advertises "Spectrum Business is made to work the way small business works." I hope this actually applies to all Spectrum Business locations.The Spectrum Business store I visited failed to demonstrate any enthusiasm or respect towards my presence. As a small business owner my time is of utmost importance. When I shop at a Spectrum Business store, I expect to be approached with a professionalism akin to what the online experience provides. My fear is that this will not be the only experience I receive similar to this one. I hope that Spectrum takes this experience seriously and begins to treat its customers with respect and professionalism regardless of the size of the sale. Only then can small business owners who use Spectrum Business have the confidence of feeling safe, respected, and attended when shopping with them.

Trash service. Didn't want to help me because they were closing within the hour. Pretty much just told me no. Don't waste your time. Harden St store doesn't mind staying open an extra 5 MINUTES to earn your business.

Never get a spectrum mobile. No service if you get out of your street. Tried to cancel the contract . They said i have to pay for the phone, they cannot take it back even though i am not happy with service. So I paid off the phone, now they are saying i have to stay 60 days with them to unlock the phone. stuck again with spectrum. Had to file a poilce complaint on one of the returns since they said they never got the phone. Horrible experience!!

When returning our equipment we put everything back into the original packaging and bag that it came in. The woman at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. She complained that we returned everything like we received it? She should get a different job where she doesn't have to deal with people
