Totally love this place. They are honest. I came in with a tire off the bead and fully expected to replace. They were able to safely repair saving me over $200! Here's the great part....they could have charged me for a new tire because I would have never known but they didn't! Alec even got a little excited to tell me that he saved me money! Awesome service. Awesome staff. I trust them. 5 stars; all day long! ✨️thank you!

We could not be more grateful for the help they provided us today. Our tire blew unexpectedly on the highway and we stumbled upon this place on accident. They were very helpful in ordering the tire we needed and understanding that we had our 2 young kids in the car and helped us out asap. Wonderful service.

I must say to be so far away from Houston Texas and having a nails in your tire on your 18-wheelers not fun! But I came to the Southern tire Mart at Pilot Flying J in Columbia South Carolina and these guys know everything about your tire in and out. These guys are really great and explain to you exactly what needs to be done and why. The manager Bobby Frost was an excellent in customer service! I also spoke to Alec Vargas who is the general manager for this store. He also helped explain what needed to be done on this tire and why and took care of me. If you're anywhere in the area of Columbia South Carolina driving an 18-wheeler and need your tires fixed, I strongly recommend that you come here and see Brandon Roach, Lamont Mckiever, and have these guys take care of it for you. I can't say enough about how cool these guys are in here.
