For all my 4 kiddos, I’ve always gone here to get their special outfits, and they NEVER disappoint! Game day, all the holidays, baptism, or just fun summer outfits, they have them all!! Also a great selection of shoes and bows!! The lady is so kind and helpful!

Not every transaction goes as planned but it is how the business responds to an issue that distinguishes one establishment from another. Want someone to take ownership of a problem? Want a company who will call you back? Want a business that will make you whole when you have a loss? This is the store. I had an international package go missing and this store took ownership of the problem. UPS stores are independently owned and operated so service will be different at each location. I would recommend an extra few minutes drive to use this one. I got follow up calls and a check in only a couple of days. Wow, just wow. When my check arrived in the mail the name of the business entity said Faith LLC. I was thinking more like Hope--it gives me hope that there are still some companies that know what real customer service is like and ones that still appreciate your business. Thanks you so much Janice and team for how you responded to my issue. It made all the difference! I am a true fan.
