Drove 40 minutes yesterday to look at buying cabinets. After I got there, one of the staff said the guy that does pricing isn't wasn't there. So today I called back to check to see if he was there before I drove back out there and kept getting out on hold. The last person that picked up the phone said she wasn't sure if he was coming in today or not. How do you not know when your employees are scheduled? Evidently they only have one person in the entire company that can give pricing. So I asked if there was a day he was definitely there or should I go somewhere else. She said and I quote "I hate to say it but you may want to go somewhere else". How is that good customer service?

Very good shopping if you want something unique and different and don't want to see it again and again than go and take a visit. Also the price is great.

Garnersferry location is as hot as it is outside, I couldn't even shop like I wanted to, I don't see how the workers can work in that heat!!

Great place for home goods. If it's a door, floor, cabinet, or decore. Great prices. Just have to remember they sell out it no guarantee they will get it again.

Very nice & knowledgeable the sales group is fast to help a customer's I definitely give it a 10 all day ! Great products to choose from furniture rugs kitchen cabinets flooring lamps etc.

Great place, with lots of different styles of furniture pieces. Lots of industrial style pieces.. The store is on the expensive side. The couches DO Not match the price tags they have listed. When it comes to comfort and quality of majority of the couches. I purchased a marble slab 48 in table top from here.with me being new to the area I checked out not knowing they do not deliver. And it was a hasle to find some way to get it home. With help lifting it. . So before u buy a big bulky piece. Know that they have no delivery service to help u get it to your place. Which is weird considering all the bulky items they have.

I have got a lot of home improvements out of this store counter top back splash cabinet and toilet and doors they are the cheapest store if you want deals to upgrade on your home or a new build if you shopping on a budget to get alot done I recommend to go there I will give them five stars customer service is polite and willing to help if needed

If you are looking for a few distinctly different pieces for your home, this could be your place! I have been to the one in Knoxville, TN and loved it! This one has a lot to offer as well, but its a little junky.

Great variety one off store.Upgrading your kitchen, go take a look at their collection of stuff.Need large art pieces, go check this place out.Just go see it at least once, don’t let the parking lot fool you.
