Wow. We have learned a lot from our recent visit. Over the past 10-15 years, various family members (including my husband and I) happily purchased many pieces and sets of furniture from this establishment due to the great customer service and the quality of the furniture. But we did not have that same experience during the last visit and were ridiculed by this business for posting an honest review. So with that said, the quality of the furniture purchased in the past was good, but our experience (customer service) just wasn't good this time. Businesses shouldn't take things personally but instead should learn from reviews. Google Reviews exist for a reason. It is all about the customer's perception of the experience, and businesses can't lose sight of this and become defensive. So there are no hard feelings towards this business, but I just wanted to ensure that my review was shared. Have a blessed day ?.

Hidden gem! Sissy's is unassuming from the parking lot. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of their inventory. I'd been on the hunt for a sofa for months and had no luck finding 'THE ONE'. I walked into Sissys and saw a chofa with pop up sleeper and built in storage. Love at first sit. Very much recommend!

These people work their tails off 6 out of 7 days/week. It’s locally, family-owned & they do anything and everything to get the job done in order to make their clients satisfied. Please go out and support your small businesses who actually care about their people & local community and continue to fight against the corporate/government take-over where clients are being treated like numbers and sold garbage for higher prices. Any negative reviews you see here are people who don’t have a clue how hard it is to run a small biz and Google should’ve revoked their ability to post reviews (Denise who took 7 min to get her cash) for being so ignorant. Being a small biz owner myself I have the highest respect for anyone who doesn’t sell out to the corps. Go to Ashley furniture and see how much money you lose.. support your locals.

My husband brought me a leather sectional from Sissy’s. Customer service was exceptional. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the furniture. Even though it started raining while we were loading, he did not hesitate to come out and assist. Thanks Sissy’s, we will be back to furnish our upstairs den.

Wish I could give a 0 star. Owner/Manager very rude! Went to get cash for item (which he said the item would be cheaper with cash) came back 7 minutes later and he sold item to someone else).

I had such a great experience here. My only negative comment is I wish the store was bigger! Everyone who we interacted with was so kind and helpful and literally went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. The fact that this furniture is brand new and the best price, also you can get it delivered for a good price in only a few days?! Anywhere else you’d have to wait months. I would come back if I needed anything else. I would recommend to anyone who needs furniture at a good price, especially a living room set.

This a pretty decent place to find some few little pieces to your needs I've never had a problem when I first moved to Columbia I was able to put some furniture maybe on layaway for 3 months and pay the 3 months. And it helps to not have to pay the interest if you pay it within that 90-day. So it's a pretty nice place in the people have been really nice each time I go in and it's reasonable
