Shred360 in Columbia is one of the best-run organizations I’ve ever seen. They are active community contributors, providing free shredding services across the state that are organized, efficient, fast, and service-oriented. Their customer service and professionalism are unmatched. I dealt with Kendall and other staff, and to a person, they were at the top of their game. In addition to their community free-shred offerings, their prices are very reasonable compared to competitors. When I tried to tip at a free-shred event, Kendall declined, saying that this service was their contribution. Their work that day encompassed 10-12+ people working several hours to provide an efficient, expedited, on-site shredding service! I’ll never use any other service, based on their professionalism, their people, and their prices.

Love this company always so friendly and professional, but today got one with a attitude, I called to make them aware, was not mad just wanted to inform them. He came back and told me he was only there to apologize when he didnt even think he had an attitude then when I explained to him how it was taken, I got "well thats your persona, im just here to apologize." to me thats not much of an apology, I would have rathered him not bothered to turn around and "apologize." Will continue to use the company wont let one bad experience change anything and how they are viewed. Mr. James called and apologized for the way his employee acted and the way he delievered the apology and I am just thankful for the follow up call and the way he also handled the situation and he is going to address it
