“Had a great experience purchasing my new HP printer. Ms. Stephanie stopped by to ask if I needed help. I asked a few questions to make sure my Android was compatible , I hate Iphone/ Apple. I purchased the new printer, a backup pk of ink, and Printer Paper. I purchased the extended warranty. She also asked me if I wanted her to help register my product, after she rang up the sale. I didn't have that headache to do when I got home. Now that's customer service to the Max.”

“I have to say that I'm surprised at the low rating for this location. While I've only been going here for two years now, the service provided is always very professional and top-notch. I primarily mail packages of all sizes from here but never had a problem getting what I needed from them to shop it off, and for it to be done safely. While yes, the lines can get long, every local post office is understaffed, so I'm over that. As long as there are two people on duty, that makes it workable. I will say the one time I did not wait in line, but went to the machine instead, I regretted it (long boring story) so I won't be making that mistake again!”
“This was the fastest service I've experienced at a postal office in a while. I was there to inquire about a passport application. Valencia helped me and gave me all the important information I needed to know to complete my application as well as making my appointment. I asked about the expiration date in the application and she gave me information about that. She suggested I schedule an appointment rather than walking in due to the wait time. I appreciated her giving that information because I was going to walk in during a time that may have caused me to be late to work. I will visit this location again.”
“EDIT: they contacted me and made our order as VIP so we will receive our mattress as soon as possible…and we just got it today, thank you! Good communication. This place just needs to work on scheduling…rescheduling for 3rd time in one week is not ideal in my opinion. But thank you for reaching out and fixing the issue.The mattress we brought was supposed to delivered on Monday…they said they couldn’t deliver so had to reschedule on Wednesday…got another text saying we had to reschedule it on Saturday…AGAIN, we got a text saying we had to reschedule it. This is the 3rd time I was told we have to reschedule it. One lady said the mattress was since on Monday, another lady told me the mattress arrived on Wednesday. This is something we need as soon as we can. Terrible company and unorganized. I usually don’t heave a bad review but this is unacceptable.”
