Was given the wrong paint. Emailed the issue (I don’t have opportunity to call) was told that it’s been forward to the manager and never heard back from anyone. Employees in the store we’re kind on the day I went and that’s why I am giving this store any stars

Been using this store for 25 years, and they have always been helpful. I am home owner, not a pro, and they always give me helpful advise. Recently, I repainted metal patio furniture and wasnt happy with rust oleum and they gave me a suggestion for a SW product that would cover that. Many years ago I redid a bathroom and had to re-mud the walls when wallpaper didn't come off clean. I had an epic failure when I painted and was pretty upset. SW even send a couple of guys to the house to look. The problem ended up being the primer used (from big box store), but they were very helpful and cut me a little break on replacement paint. highly recommend
