Your hours say 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, but at 1:55pm on a Tuesday your store was closed and with no excuse as to why. Poor customer service.

Definitely deserves ALL 5 stars!Today was my very first visit to this shop and I was very pleased! The place is very well organized! They have a nice selection to pick from and prices are very reasonable! To top it off, the owner is very pleasant!!

The store has wonderful curb appeal with it’s beautiful decor on the outside. Inside everything is well organized and the store is super clean. The workers are super friendly and can help you find exactly what you need. Prices are good as well. Will definitely return even if it’s a little out of the way from me.

I was so happy I was finally able to make it to Shay Beauty Supply!! They have a great inventory and an amazing variety of hair care products! Prices are very good also! They also have body care products also! Just in case anyone is wondering. They do carry the Expressions regular and pre-stretched braiding hair!! I will definitely be returning and will recommend to EVERYONE! Go check it out!

New store so the inventory is not at capacity. Customer service is ON POINT! If you need something that they don’t currently carry just let them know and they will do their best to get it on the shelf! THANKS SHAY BEAUTY!!
