They lie and shouldn't be trusted. 3 years ago, my friend referred them to me. My existing machine was breaking down, the Sharp rep was nice and accommodating. Wrong.... 3 years later, I learned that she lied to me about the small print in the financing contract, that that's just a regulatory staff, not a big deal. The small print said that I have to notify about the end of the lease at least 3 months before the end of the contract, and in writing, or I have to pay for another year. And the financing contract copy wasn't even given to me. The folder had all the papers I signed, but not the important one, and now I know why. And the whole deal was assigned to another company, also without any notifications. Now Sharp guys telling me they aren't a party to the contract. I'd be glad to give you more detail, don't hesitate to ask. Check Great American Financial Services online reviews before signing any financing contracts Sharp people put in front of you. Nice conspiracy.
