“Had a great experience with Life Storage in Columbia SC. Stored my college daughters items in a 10 x 10 storage unit for a month and a half. Denoi was so wonderful to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to get items shipped to the establishment put in our unit. Hope not to move again but would use this facility again.”
“Great customer service. Chris and everyone I encountered always very courteous and helpful. Payment processing always correct and communicated accurately and in a timely fashion. The units and space always climatized to protect belongings. When I moved out my movers left a good bit of stuff behind and Chris let me know the same day so I could retrieve it. “I recently had to switch storage units and quickly. I showed up on a chaotic day because they had lost power but the new manager Chris, along with another employee was able to get me into my new unit in a timely manner. They even gifted me 2 locks. I only gave 4 stars because I think my 12x12 is actually a 12x10 ? It wasn't swept out and there's no light. I had a light at the last place. Thought that was standard”
