Online purchasing step by step was smooth and convenient because i needed to move my belongings fast within that same week. They provide a lock and opening your storage unit was easy using and downloading the public storage app on your phone. The representative at the front desk was even helpful and sweet. I got the $1 first month deal as well. I will be using Public storage for future needs.”

“I was in a bit of a pinch and needed storage ASAP.
Bridgett was the perfect person for my needs -- kind, empathetic, energetic, humorous. You name it - she helped me through a tough situation and helped me find the best way to handle my predicament.
The storage unit was as good as it can be. Had most of my things there for over a month and half, and I moved them into a new apartment in the same condition. Storage isn't luxurious by any means but this particular location takes care of their units quite well.
Absolutely nothing to complain about with this location -- personable, reasonable, and helpful.
If you need storage, do it here and, no offense to other employees of course but ... I hope you get Bridgett! :)”
“My daughter is attending the University of South Carolina in the fall and we live in the Northeast. We had no where to ship and store anything before school started until I realized we could rent a storage unit and have her ship stuff directly to the unit. Then when we arrive, we will pick it all up in ONE place and bring it to her dorm. The process couldn’t have been EASIER! The manager was great and very willing to help in any way he could! Would highly recommend doing it this way instead of shipping it to a dorm where they may lose, misplace or store items in the wrong place.”

“MEGAN at Devon Storage 2648 Two Notch in Columbia had just started managing this location; but you could tell that she is definitely a leader and knows her 'stuff'! She was calm and attentive to NOT ONLY my storage needs but also other arriving patrons who needed her help accessing the gate and/or completing a reservation! It was a nice 'balance' of customer service! For any concerns I had, she was WILLING to do what she could- even if it meant that I would have to obtain a unit at another location!
