I really just love the staff here. The store is clean and well-stocked and all that, but the people who work here are just lovely. 10/10 would recommend.

I am not in San Francisco as the title states; I am in Columbia, SC. This would be a great store if it were not for Ms. Crawford. I am not sure what her issues are except she is quick to defend herself and start an argument. In less than one week she has asked me if I were being sassy; and another occasion said that I was trying to throw another employee under the bus. It should be noted that I was going in this store before it was a Scotchman and before Ms. Crawford was working there. It is amazing how nice and self-confident the other employees are but Ms. Crawford is always ready to jump to her own, feeble defense and to say that "the customer is always wrong" and she is always right...unless, of course, you are offering to her for free (such as sunglasses) or given her your spare pennies. I have stopped going in the store when I see her vehicle outside and that she is working. If that is the case, I turn around and go to the College Mart in Five Points. I do hope this gets read and that someone talks to Ms. Crawford about good customer service before she spouts off her mouth at someone not so stable. I have also noticed that I am not the only customer treated this way in that I have noticed the way she talks to other customers, vendors and fellow employees. She is in a very busy store and lots of customers from different walks of life enter the store. On one occasion she suggested I talk to the manager (which I know it is Nancy but Nancy is not the person that she called out for me to talk with. She seemed to really come undone when I said that I would like to talk to the manager; however, the manager had a difficult time talking to me because Ms. Crawford was trying to dominate and take over the conversation. Ms. Crawford's biggest problem is that she is so insecure with herself that she talks on top of you or whoever, defending herself, slamming the customer when it is not necessary. A customer has a right to ask a question if the customer wonders what is going on in terms of a transaction. Ms. Crawford needs to realize that a questions about something to do with the store or a transaction or both is not an attack on her.
