Dennis did a solid job, came out quick, took a good deal of care in making sure everything was secured and moved safely with my tractor trailer. One of the only companies around that are open weekends. Rates were reasonable, everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous, would use again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Schroeder towing. The tow process caused significant damage to one of my SUV’s wheels. It appears the vehicle was mishandled or improperly secured during towing, leading to costly repairs that could have been avoided.
When I reached out to the company about the issue, their response was dismissive, and they showed no accountability for the damage. As a customer, I expected professionalism and care with my vehicle, but instead, I was left with unexpected expenses and frustration.
I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience.

Nate was a lifesaver. It was probably 1:00am and my car wouldn’t start. I had been trying to get roadside assistance from my insurance company but I was getting no response. I saw a tow truck riding by and flagged them down thinking it might have been sent by my insurance company. It turns out it wasn’t my tow truck. Nate said he wasn’t sent for me but offered to tow my car. He said I could just cancel my request with insurance and get reimbursed from my insurance company later which is what I did.
