Today I want shopping at Sam's was hoping to get some rice cookies for my child from the baby aisle they have moved all the baby stuff and the same aisle with the detergent I could not get my child any of the items that's in that aisle because everything smell like detergent that is a health risk and endangerment towards children that everything smelt like detergent those two items should not be in the same place in a store if I would have gone home with the box of rice crackles for my child and my child had allergic reaction to that detergent that lingled all over and inside the box I would had to take my child to the ER that would have caused a lawsuit I don't know who set up the inventory in Sam's that person needs to fix that issue immediately before something happens to anyone's child

Just left, had $75 of shopping cart waiting for assistance on another item to be brought down from 2nd shelf. Have a life, left my cart , done waiting, pathetic. No one in a hurry to help. Where's the customer service?

I'm done with this place. Initially bought a membership for the tire center. The tire center is horrible. Ordered some tires off the website, still waiting for them to come in (6 months later). Gave up and ordered another set. It did not get better when I went to get them installed. They take so long, and never called when the car was done. Leaving me wandering around the store for hours. The guys in the tire center were nice but seemed overwhelmed. Management should hire more people to work back there if the service is going to improve.
The shopping experience is just as bad. They never have the items I'm looking for in stock, even though they are advertised on the website. Basic things like ground beef, and the famous rotisserie chickens. Prices on everything except a few select items are astronomically priced.
I'm over it. It's not worth the hassle of going here. I got my membership refunded.
Cue the generic: "Thank you for the feedback, we will be sure to get this to the correct department for review. We appreciate your patience while we look into this, and we will use this feedback to make changes that will better assist our members."

Never had an issue before today. I'm not sure if policies have changed or what but basically I came in with my husband and toddler, toddler lagged behind so of course I did too. I grab a cart and the woman standing at the door asks me if I have a membership card (If I didn't, how would I be able to shop here) why didn't she ask my husband for his though since he walked in first? I asked if I looked homeless, she claimed it was for security? security? IMO I was being profiled for my tattoos and piercings and now I feel uncomfortable even being in there. If you're going to ask one person for their membership card then why wouldn't you ask everyone... SECURITY... I'm walking in with a 4 year old and my husband with killer calves walked in without any issue

They don't have cashiers, they want the same customer to do the work, I hope that too.
Let machines consume their products because they don't give people jobs, they want to do everything with robotics.

Went to order a cake on 4/21. Lady in bakery was rude and interrupted me so many times, I never finished asking my question. Noticed that DHEC health grade was a “B” so decided to go elsewhere.

Sams on Harbison has gotten better with cleanliness. Before, you couldn't stand to enter the restrooms without gagging. Need more work, but getting better.

We have been members at this club since 2009 and have always been happy with this club. Thank you. I have found the layout improvements made during Covid beginning have made the store easier to shop. As of April 2024, everything is still going well for us at this store.

“Hey, I’m here to pick up my fiancées purse, we’re hoping someone turned it in. It’s black with gold, her name is (the name on the ID in the purse), here’s her membership card. She’s driving back to Augusta so she asked me to grab it.”
“Sir, I’m going to need her to get her purse herself.”
“…how would anyone else have all that information? Look, I can have her call you-“
“Sir, she has to get it herself.”
“…that’s going to be expensive in time and gas…”
