I needed to replace all four tires on my vehicle, which I had purchased from Sam's Club. Since the tires had worn out quickly and came with an 80,000-mile warranty, I hoped to have them prorated. When I visited the store, the supervisor, Mr. Aaron, assured me that I could return the following Monday, and he would handle it. However, when I arrived on Monday, Mr. Aaron was not there, and despite having an appointment, we were turned away. We were then told they had "run out of stock" on the tires we needed and that they receive random shipments, so they couldn't provide a timeline for availability or allow us to order them.
Frustrated, I went to the Sam's Club on Fashion Dr. There, I was informed that the information from the Forest Dr. location was completely false. Not only could we order the tires, but they also mentioned that we were the third customers sent from the Forest Dr. store that day. Adding to the frustration, the Forest Dr. store consistently failed to answer their phone or, when they did, would hang up when I asked to speak with the supervisor.
After nearly two weeks of trying to arrange the tire installation, I am very disappointed with how I've been treated. I would not recommend the Forest Dr. location based on this experience.

Today while shopping at this Sam's club location, I saw 2 young teenage girls using the electronic carts for disabled people to use. These 2 girls clearly were NOT disabled. They had no groceries in their carts. They were just riding the carts, f****** around and didn't even have things in their carts. They were also bumping into each other and were making it difficult for other shoppers as well. One of the girls put her phone and a comb in her cart which was SO disrespectful. I saw another shopper there say something to an employee about the two young girls, but the employee did nothing about it. Those specific carts are for disabled people who actually need to use those. They're not meant to be used to goof around with. I'm very disappointed in the lack of action taken to ask the girls to put the carts back.

Besides the trash overflowing in the eating area and then not having sundae toppings this is just a Big Box Walmart. I should have went to Costco.

Michel and his team were excellent. I had to get all my tires replaced. I was a walk-in so I did have to wait a bit but I just walked around the store. Once they were able to get to my car they were fairly quick.

Why even have phone numbers listed… go through the prompts to pick any department and none answer… call cooperate and get hung up on by 2 people…. ? wish I could have put zero stars…

Because I found a dang roach in the mini cucumber bag and the sweet peppers were rotten on the inside. Quite disgusting and who knows.. they might have more with bugs in their produce section. Btw, we buy mini cucumbers weekly too either from Sam's or Wally. SMH

Thank you for setting aside a time for first responders and medical personnel to shop. It was a big help.

management staff don't care about customers and will laugh behind your back after apologizing to your face. Good luck preorder anything for they will run out just before you come in to pick up or come up with some excuse so they don't have to do your order. They think that they can do what they want and there is no consequences for their action

Warning: Do NOT use this tire and lube place. They put the wrong sized tires on my car and caused me a world of problems due to this error. In regards to the rest of the store, this is not a bad Sam's Club. I prefer the one over on Harbison but for general shopping I don't mind this location. They have plenty of truck parking, the gas is always a steal and being able to do an order pick up is the closest thing to magic. I shop here regularly for several rental properties and to stock up on things that I use regularly. The self checkout line is great. They have a standard reasonable deli selection and service. Always use Groupon to get this membership as it's usually on sale and comes with lots of specials. They send you e-gift cards which are also nice.

This is the first time that I have ever written a review on an establishment, but I thought that this was necessary. Yesterday my wife and I went to this sams club to pick up some ribs and other things for grilling out. Nature called and I had to rush to use the bathroom. Lol. After finishing my business we completed our shopping and finished checking out and what looked to be a manager, came running up to me. He stated that I had dropped a $50 bill in the bathroom. Not knowing if it was mine I checked my pockets and told him that I couldn't accept it due to not being sure that it was mine. He assured me that he watched me drop it and had been looking for me across the store for the past 20 minutes. It's a relief to know that there are still good people out there. Thank you
