Just got another full set of Goodyear tires at Sam’s on Fashion Drive. Great people to work with, good prices… they do an excellent job. Robert is a rockstar!

I really enjoy the prices and convenience of shopping at Sam's. That said, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have recently had problems with my knee so on this visit I had to use the scooter cart. While trying to maneuver, I kept in countering the stock persons pushing large, wheeled hand trucks through the rather narrow isles. I kept backing up, moving out of the way, backing up, moving out of the way. I was about finished with my shopping, but needed to get one more item from the freezer section. As I was moving forward, one of the stock persons dragging a large wheeled handtruck, came forward toward me. I stopped and then he waved me to back up. It would've been easier for him to let me go past. It would've taken all of five seconds. Then, an even larger, motorized stock, truck came toward me. I held up my hand as it to say, hold on don't run over me. The guy kept coming staring right at me. Another Sam's employee said "ma'am, back up before he runs over you! " There was no place for me to go. Several customers in the area stated that he could have stopped and let me pass. I ended up almost backed into the corner of one of the freezers. I thought that was very rude. I ended up leaving without my package.

My wife pulled up to to get a tire we called ahead of time and they said they closed at 7pm. My wife pulled up at 6:58 and they refuse to help her. I never thought sams can be that nasty towards their customers. They refuse to put one tire on a rim. I will never take any vehicle I have to them ever again. I have been in management 12 years and this is the definition of poor management.

Spacious, not cluttered, layout is appealing to the eye. Doesn't give off the traditional warehouse vibe haha the location is great but can be difficult to maneuver with the gas station at the main entrance. Traffic can get backed up. Prices are fair. You've got to be a member. If you want discounts, lower gas rates per gal, affordable bulk buys, SAMS CLUB!

Great prices on electronics and grocery. During these times you'll really appreciate the discount on fuel!

Big store, too many people pushing their carts in your way and the checkout lanes need hand sanitizer dispensers

Just called to see if my local Sam's club had tires I needed.Answered and ask to wait for they were taking care of a customer at the registe. I said that was fine but after waiting 12 min it reminds me not to deal with Sam's club on tires.

First (and only) tire installation at Sam's Club: Garbage check-in (for an appointment), where employees make it clear they don't care about customer's experience or their own jobs. Shuffled around from employee to employee and register to register. After a completely convoluted check-in process in told it will be an hour wait. Ha! I've done these rodeos before at Costco, I know it will be an hour and a half at least. After buying some odds and ends, I complete shopping at about an hour and half. I ask the employee I checked- in with off my car is nearly done. He says they are almost done, so I proceed outside to wait. If I knew then what was about to go down I would have returned everything I just bought, who knows, I may still. My son and I go outside to wait, and see that the employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are trying, and failing at installing the spare on another customer's car. After an obnoxious amount of time they figure out how to return the tire to its position under the car again. Good news, my car is next, or is it? Nope a douche canoe shows up and parks behind my car's bay. SUPRISE! these tire guys really love the vibe this guy gives off and now he's next! Nevermind that my car is now done and I had an appointment parking in front of the bay demands IMMEDIATE service. Needless to say I won't be back, I'll take my business to Costco, and remind myself next time that you are just Walmart afterall.

At 11:00 AM 7/5/21 in Bartlett, TN I waited for 20 minutes before I got to the front of the line with 2 people in line when I arrived. When I got to the counter I was asked if I had an appointment. When did this joint require appointments to buy tires? Needless to say I did an about face and got out of there. What a waste of time! Now if I just have to go to Sam's I know that I must make an appointment. I don't think that will happen in my lifetime.

We ran into a curb and the tire could not be repaired so we put the spare donut tire on our car. When I went to Sam's they were fully booked until the 11th but the gentleman at the desk told me driving on the donut is not safe and to be in line at 8AM the next day and they would take me as a walk in. I was there at 7:50 and they took me right away, one of the gentlemen inspected the other tires and said one has a lot of meat on it and suggested we keep it as a backup. Two hours later I returned and saw the car was on the hoist and they were readying the car to receive the four new tires. It was so interesting to see how they did it, they put the tire on the wheel, spin it down, add air and the tech is checking the air compression from time to time with this other gadget and then it goes on another contraption that spins it. I asked one of the workers what he was doing and he said, "He is balancing your tire." I watched him do the same thing with all four tires and then they installed them, tightened the lug nuts, let the hoist down, tightened them again, got in the car using a checker to be sure that all four were properly inflated showed me the paperwork and what was covered and handed me the keys. I have never seen how tires are installed and was deeply impressed with the care and expertise, not to mention kindness at taking me as a walk in to keep us safe and not let us drive on the donut any longer than was absolutely necessary. I also noticed the camaraderie among the workers, how well they get along and overheard one of them compliment another saying "That's good work. That's what I'm talking about." I loved that. Their customer service is unsurpassed and I will never go anywhere else. In this day and age it is rare to see such excellence and attention to detail. Thank you Sam's Tire and Battery on Keeaumoku Street. You are indeed the best.
