I have had two bad experiences going to store 567. Good customer service is completely gone out of the window. Cashier by the name of Arntha was very disrespectful when checking out multiple customers. She was antagonizing and used profanity on multiple occasions. I'm pretty sure she was either drunk or high off of drugs. Background checks need to be put in place before hiring crack heads. She seemed like she was illiterate and incompetent. I would rather have self checkout when shopping ANYWHERE from here on out. Should not have to feel like I am annoying someone who is getting paid to do a job and on the clock. PLEASE STOP HIRING PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE!!!

This store is horrible. How they are still open, I have no clue. The employees there don't work. The sells floor is trashed with freight and trip and fall hazards. The employees are unfriendly. They talk on there phones, curse each other out. The bathrooms are gross and one toilet is coming a lose from the floor. And the employees are all related.

Good prices! I got nice deals. The racks were a tad hard to find what I wanted. Some off quality on things others was good. Really a treasure hunt! That’s okay! I love treasure hunts!

Prices missing from merchandise! I asked the so call assistant manager Avanntee who seemed as if I was just woke up...Very bad attitude and hygiene! The store was also what felt like 100 degrees! After the nasty attitude, sweltering heat and The assistant managers funk I just left the store! ?

Dear. Variety Wholesalers, Inc.I was trying to get some customer service from Avante she was rude turned her back when I was talking to her and told me she'd be glad for me to call the manager!unfortunately manager doesn't come in till 5:30 but the service that I received from Avante that's supposed to be the "manager on duty" Her ignorant behavior was unexcusable ...I will be communicating discriminating behavior against disable people to my AARP Legal representative for discriminating against a protected class!Cc: CEOJames Arthur "Art" PopeAARP Legal Team
