I called here to inquire about getting a ring sized. I explained that I was looking for a new local jeweler because the two others that I've used over the years have closed. So I said that I was looking to just have a ring sized right now but after I got that done I had some other pieces that needed repair. The one that answered the phone was brusque and abrupt and said sure I could bring it in but get ready to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get it back because they're busy. Okay well I understand busy but if you've taken on that much work did it takes 3 to 4 weeks to size one little ring then maybe you should take some time to get caught up before you take any more. Needless to say I didn't take my ring there and won't be giving them any business. So in the meantime I found another Jeweler period

My husband bought me a wedding ring there it's not even a year old and two diamonds alread fell out .we when there they said it's normal Wear and tear And of course how much money it would cost to fix ridiculousness won't be going back

Sooo unkind and rude. We took a much loved piece of costume jewelry in for a possible fix and even said how much I love it, as it was an special gift. He said, “do you wanna spend $100 to fix a FAKE necklace?” How disrespectful. We wouldn’t leave our precious piece in his hands, he wouldn’t respect it or treat it will with care.

Family owned and employed business. The family @RoofJewelers is very attentive and polite. As a military service member i felt right at home knowing they also come from a military family. Fair prices and plenty of services for all jewelry with great prices. Just look at the attention they provide to giving feedback on these reviews. I will not need to look any further for a jewelry shop, this one is a gem in the community.

First time ever receiving jewelry back dirty after repair. Cleaning is usually included especially when paying $50 to repair an earring post repair.

Have to give a shout out to Roof Jewelers on Forest Dr- they’re WONDERFUL! My footprint necklace from our baby in heaven broke last night and I was distraught. Took it to them this afternoon and they fixed it on the spot and didn’t even charge me. If you ever need fine jewelry or repairs, I cannot recommend them enough. They are local and hardworking, check them out! They’re prices are also more than reasonable and truly just kind people on staff!

I did a Google search for watch repair near me. After going to two other jewelers and having estimates as much as 40.00, I landed on Roof. I needed to get my Citizen Pro Master dive watch resized. They resized it on the spot, while I waited and the charge was only $15.00. The work was excellent and the customer service even better!!! If you need anything, I'd try Roof Jewelers first.

Roof Jewelers completed repair work on my diamond rings, and honestly, when I returned to get them, I could not believe they were the same rings!!! I felt like I had actually purchased a brand new set of dazzling diamonds!!!! Excellent work!!!! My husband and I purchased our wedding bands 25 years ago from Roof Jewelers, and we are customers for life!
